I tried to order a half chesse half chesse and pineapple pizza, I was told I couldn't do that because there is a set menuNow Im wondering if they are premade. Hard to understand why that simple pizza was to difficult yo make. Lazy.

Can’t believe this was my first time there. Taste of the pizzas took me back to Florence. Quaint and lovely place. Can’t wait to go back again.

Only have had takeout. The Kale salad is a must and the fig and arugula pizza is my favorite. Their crust is one of the best I ever had. ❤️

Great pizza, service is ok, price is a bit high. They didn’t have a table for us, so we asked if we can sit at the bar and the hostess denied us even though there was nobody sitting there.Didn’t let that bother us, so we took our pizzas, walked towards the lake and enjoyed them by the water.Dough was very good, the sauce was very good, and the toppings were generous.Tried the Burlingtonian and the Meatza (a bit spicy) and both were very good.

Classic Burlington joint, can’t go wrong with the garlic knots (5 star item). Pizzas are above average but not quite the level of 5 star slices in Toronto or NYC. Inside is fun and the patio in the summer is great if heading downtown for an event.

I heard a lot of great things about Son of a Peach. Being a big fan of pizza, I was excited. My standards were high since I've had pizza from Cima and Il Fornello, however, the pizza was average. Definitely decent but nothing that blew my mind. Try it out and decide for yourself but definitely better pizza to be found at the same price point.

Nestled in the charming city of Burlington, Son of a Peach Pizzeria beckons with its inviting atmosphere and tantalizing pizza creations. On a sweltering summer day, my companions and I ventured to this renowned pizza joint to indulge in its culinary delights.Despite the bustling ambiance, we were willing to wait the 30 minutes it took to secure a table on the porch, where we could soak in the warm weather and vibrant energy of the surroundings. Our anticipation was rewarded with a selection of local beers, perfectly suited to the scorching day, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. Our server, with her pleasant demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu, added to the enjoyment of our visit. Her witty humor and efficient service ensured that we felt well taken care of throughout our meal, despite the restaurant's busy summer rush.As we perused the menu, our appetites were piqued by the enticing options, leading us to start with the irresistible Garlic Knots. Fresh out of the oven and generously coated with garlic herb butter and parmigiano reggiano, these knots were a culinary revelation. The indulgent combination of flavors made them a standout dish, earning high praise and a hearty recommendation.Moving on to the main event, we sampled the Wild Mushroom and Hi-Five Cheese pizzas. Despite a slight char on the Wild Mushroom pizza, the house tomato sauce and herb-infused, wine-roasted mushrooms delivered a burst of earthy flavor that delighted the palate. Similarly, the Hi-Five Cheese pizza, adorned with roasted garlic ricotta, catered to the cheese lover in me, offering a decadent and satisfying experience. While the pizzas commanded a slightly higher price point. The portions made them suitable for sharing between two hungry diners. However, we noted a minor drawback as the pizzas tended to become slightly soggy towards the end of the meal, detracting slightly from the overall enjoyment. For vegetarians seeking a culinary haven, Son of a Peach Pizzeria offers a plethora of delectable options, with the mushroom and cheese pizzas emerging as clear favorites. Despite the minor shortcomings, the overall dining experience left a lasting impression, prompting me to eagerly anticipate my next visit. In conclusion, Son of a Peach Pizzeria stands out as a must-visit destination for pizza enthusiasts. With its inviting ambiance, friendly service, and mouthwatering creations, it promises a memorable dining experience that will leave guests craving for more. As a self-proclaimed pizza lover, I can confidently say that this establishment has earned its place among the best I've had the pleasure of visiting, ensuring that I will be returning time and time again to savor its delicious offerings.

The food at this place is great. The garlic knots are a must. The pizzas look and taste great at the restaurant. I'm not sure how they would hold up as takeout as our last pieces were soggy. The problem we had was the service was terrible. Our waitress l believe went home after she served our pizzas. No one ever came to check how our meal was, we had to get the hostess to get boxes to take our Leftovers. We were seated where the kitchen was so the hostess should've seen we were done and were looking to leave. I had to find another waitress to cash us out. Our bill was printed off and waiting with the takeout orders. So I believe there was a lack of communication when our server left for the night. The atmosphere is probably better in the main dining area, bit I'm basing this off of where I sat and it was just passable as you're right near the front door and where they do takeout orders.Would I come back? No. The service was too bad to give them another chance.Would I order takeout? Probably not. The price is too high for takeout pizzas that I believe wouldn't hold up to wherever you were taking them to eat.
