Server was super helpful and checked some nutritional info for us before we ordered. I had the veggie burger and fries which were very good! They grilled and fried fresh for us. Highly recommended.

Tried southern fried chicken burger today and am impressed with the quantity and quality of burger….. totally worth it ….. way better than burgers we get at McDonald and Burger King…..I would highly recommend trying them

Hubby and I love South St. Burger and, in particular, its grilled chicken burger. We travel all the way from Mississauga to this location. There are so many options for toppings/sauces (e.g., grilled pineapple, caramelized onions, maple syrup, etc.) to choose from and they even offer a multigrain bun if you're trying to eat healthier. Staff are helpful and dress your burger with great care and patience - even if you add a million toppings/sauces like me! Tammy, one of the staff, is a standout - she is extremely friendly and helpful. When we informed her about an issue with the men's washroom, she immediately addressed it and thanked us for bringing it to her attention. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The hamburgers were delicious, the only concern is the patties are small, what happened? Toppings are plentiful and free, save cheese of course. I’d recommend, but please remember that inflation has take a toll as evidenced by patty size and overall price increases.

This was our first experience with a northern American hamburger chain (McDonalds and Burger King not counting) and we were pleasantly surprised, especially with the friendliness of the staff and the fact that you could create your own burger. I mean...free toppings and 30 to choose from!

Free vegan burger for my birthday with TONS of free topping options. There are about 30. I loaded mine up! Delicious burger. I can see it taking a long time for your food if a lot of people are there because of all the topping options. Food was fresh. The fries were fantastic.
