Stumbled upon this place to watch the leafs game. Very elegant. Food came really fast! Tv screen was huge! Had a great experience. Waitress was very attentive. Will be back again.
I would give 0 stars if I could, never have I had such a bad experience. I called roughly 2 1/2 hours ahead of time to place my order for a 5pm pick up. All I wanted was the Lamb Shank for my Mom since it was Mothers day and Beef Wellington for myself.
I arrived around 5pm and I'm not sure what happened but whoever I called either didn't put the order in correctly or someone else came and took it. (that's what they told me) It was super annoying but I understand it was busy and these things happen.
I waited for them to refill the order, but then they came out and told me they they are out of wellington. I have no idea how its only just after 5pm and they are already out of the Wellington and I figure that sucks but at least its not the lamb. So I ordered something else for myself.
At 5:45 my order is ready and I get home only to find no lamb in the lamb shank dinner. (just mashed potatoes and vegetables)
My Mom was a good sport about it but I was upset because this was my gift to her so I was extremely disappointed and chose not to return to have my order corrected because I was over the whole debacle by then.
I understand that they were busy but I just wanted to make them aware that in this situation, they needed to do better. It was just 2 meals and the first time they lost the order, and the second time, they ran out of one meal and could not fill it and the second meal was missing the main ingredient. It was my first time ordering from here and I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I don't think I will try here again.
Large screen to show the game. The furniture was all really nice. The buffalo chicken sandwich and fries were good. Prices of the menus seemed very reasonable. Server was nice.
Great experience đ
The lunch special
First time here. First off our food was really good! Tasty, fresh and hot. Hats off to the chef. We had Krishna as our server who was new and very good. Great service. The room was very nice but a bit loud. But what impressed me was another server Rebecca. We were seated by the hostess who put 5 of us at a table for 4 and wanted one of us to sit on the edge of a banquet. There was clearly no room and she didnât care. The hostess said this was the only option and to take it or leave it. The hostess left us standing there and walked away. Rebecca saw us and come over. She asked if everything was ok and I explained it wasnât because we couldnât eat sitting on the edge of the seat. She agreed and immediately offered a solution by adding and other table. Thankfully this place has servers who care and helped to make my family and myself enjoy our traditional Good Friday Dinner.
This is 'The Pub' reimagined. It's amazing what the new owners have done here. Great consistent food and selection, great service, and an atmosphere that is so much nicer than your typical Pub. The Indian food on the menu is better than most Indian restaurants we've been to.
Really yummy food
Excellent service and the lunch specials are a good deal.
Weâve come here on Sundays a few time and the food is always really good and well prepared.
Our favourites are:
Shepardâs pie
Kid gnocchiâs
Kids Mac and cheese
Street style chicken chow mein.

Went during the day on St. Patrick's day and was surprised how dead it was. New owner changed the inside and gave it a face lift. The menu changed with half indian food entries. It just didn't feel like an Irish pub anymore. They also always had great Irish nachos which they didn't have any available this day. Got the fish and chips and lamb shank which were both good. Just not the pub feel I had loved going to for the past 10 years.
Newly renovated. Very fresh. Excellent menu. Good gluten free options. At lunch the booth was quiet enough for conversation with our friends. Prompt attentive service. Plan to visit again.
Delicious fish and my 10 french fries (which I specifically asked for).
The spot is beautiful, but it seems that kitchen staff do not oblige when you say you like your meat medium rare. They just say (they won't do it). Wait staff though are a bunch of sweethearts!
Great revamp from the old restaurant. Love the open concept and curry forward menu! We came for st Patty's and will definitely make it a regular spot. Fish and chips was nice, spicy chicken appetizer, and salads were all wonderful
