Heidi was the most incredible server I have had in a long time. Extremely kind and made our wait feel like nothing. Even though restaurant was packed she still kept an awesome attitude and was very attentive. I would love to come back j to be her table

Took forever to get food. Only three tables with people at them
Great place for breakfast! The signature Stacked pancake (flavoured with Banana/Berry Cheesecake) is so delicious, we love the soft pancake combined with the smooth cheese, just as sweet as it needs to be. The Cheeseburger Hash is amazing too - the burger, thick-slice bacon, fried onion, all having a rich taste. Good price: given the price we paid, we got almost double the portion as compared to other restaurants. The service is great, too: our waitress, Jamie, served us with smile and enthusiasm, often checking if we need anything.

They claim large portions in their advertising, but a bowl of soup comes at half a bowl or less. When that’s your only choice for your meal, it should come out as a whole bowl not chump you with only half and the claim that’s how they serve it so it doesn’t slosh over.
Great service. Very friendly and nice. They take your time with your order. Good food. Good quantity I keep coming back..

The best breakfast place going! I’m sure the rest of the menu is fabulous too, I’m just hooked on their premium pancakes
We had a great breakfast. However, we thought $40+ for a simple breakfast for two people of 2eggs, bacon, toast & home fries was a bit on the expensive side!!!!!

We regularly go to the Burlington Mall Stacked. The food is always consistently good; and the staff is great, particularly Julia and Dani, although they are all great.
We have the early morning special throughout the week, and on weekends we try different things. Love the avocado toast, strawberry & banana French toast, the breakfast wrap, and others. Everything is delicious.
Best breakfast place in Burlington.
UPDATE - Food is still great, but the Manager has changed, and now the service is iffy at best. The servers Julia(2) and Nicola are no longer there, and Dani is only occasionally there. Shu, the new Manager is a terrific server, but she’s the only one. All food items don’t come out at the same time. We have to wait forever for coffee refills, sometimes we don’t even get them. We wait and wait for the bill. As regulars, I felt compelled to tip despite the poor service, but it’s happened so often now, I’ve stopped tipping on the poor service days.
Now, on top of this new service issue, the Farmers Market has started, and on those days it seems that priority is given to the vendors’ take-out, and the in restaurant clients are only given a second thought, as time permits.
So disappointed!

Never have to wait long for a table. Food comes out decently fast. French toast stack is my go to. Staff is always friendly. Bathrooms were a bit dirty.

Good service, good food at an affordable price
Portions were huge for me. Coffee was better then most other places. Waitress was attentive.
Queuing in line sucked. 2 people walked in and skipped the queue. There is a qr code thing. We all used it and the two that cut in didn't. When I told the host what he had done he took no responsibility. I complained to the manage and I saw her speaking to the host in the back. But by the time I left I saw the saw kid do the exact same thing again. They need one system and they need to stick with it. It's a minor thing but it made me grumpy while I ate.
I'm changing my rating to a one. for telling the customer they mistook something while the restaurant has no evidence to the contrary.
The people I spoke of never identified themselves. The host did not appear to engage any waitlist. He made eye contact, said OK and seated them. Myself and the other two people looked stunned and maybe a bit defeated.
Next time acknowledge the customers concern and just say you'll do better.
