Just wanted to express my deep gratitude to the team that works here!
Service is always awesome but today they went above and beyond. I accidentally left my wallet somewhere in the store and didn't notice until half an hour or so after I left. Losing your wallet is a total nightmare - having to cancel your cards and replace your IDs.
The moment I walked back in I did not even have to ask the team if they had my wallet. A kind young woman behind the counter called out to me and had it ready! They had remembered me and saved me the stress from having to search the store myself. Nothing was missing from my wallet and the day was saved!
This happened today on Sunday August 31st from 4:30pm-6pm so whoever was working that shift: THANK YOU! Sincerely, thank you for saving me from a ton of stress and headaches and for being good, honest people in today's world.
I hope this feedback gets passed along to the team and the manager and district manager appreciate what an awesome group of workers they have!

Only customer in. 3 people working. No one served or acknowledged me while I was waiting at the till for a long while. They have gotten my order wrong a number of times in the past as well.

Came in on a Sunday around 1:30 and ordered two drinks, specifically asked for no ice on both but they gave them with ice anyway. The woman who made my drink had a noticeable attitude and came off quite rude. Not sure if that’s just her personality or if customer service simply isn’t her strength, but either way, I genuinely hope she finds a role better suited for her. Clearly, this isn’t it.

This is a nice location near lake Ontario. We went in the other night wanting ice coffee but also wanting a decaf. The barista said we could do a iced decaf pour over coffee, it was great . Best of both worlds.

Perfect location! Sit outside and enjoy your coffee. Lots of dogs passing by on their walks. Even though there's too much traffic on Brant, it feels like you're having coffee in Europe.
