I normally do not post a negative review. This is my first one. The cashier old woman was rude, sorry. It was our come back to Starbucks after a very long time. We were not sure with Latte flavours and asked her to elaborate on them. She responded to our questions very rudely and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!

A big shout out to Sean and Jess at 503 Brant Street, Burlington. Sean went out of his way to help me navigate the Starbucks app so my twin girls could get their birthday drinks. My twin daughters had a perfect ending to their 14th birthday. Sean you're the best !!

Do not order through Uber. Only 2 of my drinks were given to the driver. Uber will not reimburse me, according to their policy this does not qualify. No drinks were left behind, according to the store. So the third $8 (plus tax, sevice charge ansd tip) drink was never made. Fully the store's fault, but I can only get $2 back from Uber. Starbucks, you should be accountable.

Just wanted to express my deep gratitude to the team that works here!
Service is always awesome but today they went above and beyond. I accidentally left my wallet somewhere in the store and didn't notice until half an hour or so after I left. Losing your wallet is a total nightmare - having to cancel your cards and replace your IDs.
The moment I walked back in I did not even have to ask the team if they had my wallet. A kind young woman behind the counter called out to me and had it ready! They had remembered me and saved me the stress from having to search the store myself. Nothing was missing from my wallet and the day was saved!
This happened today on Sunday August 31st from 4:30pm-6pm so whoever was working that shift: THANK YOU! Sincerely, thank you for saving me from a ton of stress and headaches and for being good, honest people in today's world.
I hope this feedback gets passed along to the team and the manager and district manager appreciate what an awesome group of workers they have!
