I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. Our server, Sydney, was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. She wasn’t friendly at all—no greeting, no smile, nothing. What made it worse was how she treated her coworker. She was openly bossing her around and talking down to her in a way that was just uncomfortable to watch. It created a really negative atmosphere. Honestly, it ruined the whole visit. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this location.

This is honestly the worst Starbucks in Burlington.
I steer clear of this location as often as possible, each time I unfortunately do end up here is a reminder of why I should not return. My drink never tastes the same as if I were to order it from one of the other locations, staff don’t seem to listen very carefully at the order window as there are CONSTANTLY mistakes. Quite often this location is also very slow both inside & in the drive thru. Save yourself & drive up the road to the Appleby location or Burlington mall location.

Ordered extra strawberry base and paid for it, and Anna was extremely rude when I mentioned there was no extra base as my drink was the same colour as the other one I ordered. I order this drink every day from other locations and know what the difference is. I was not speaking with Anna nor dealing with her and she included herself in the conversation in a very rude manner. Extremely disappointing service for her.

I am a delivery driver and the staff is Extremely rude to delivery drivers, no one attends the driver and when you get hold of someone the rudely reply! One time they kept saying order is getting ready then 30min after they told me someone else has taken your order. Another event I waited for 20min they quietly put the order somewhere behind me and kept waiting. Drivers are representing your customers kindly attend them nicely!

I ordered on mobile and walked to store to pick it. Unfortunately I ordered to the wrong store. Shout out to Elisa who didn’t hesitate to make me another cup of coffee for no extra charge. She even offered to call the other store to cancel my order. Great service. I will be coming back!

THANK YOU…..to the person who turned in my granddaughter’s wallet!! I picked it up at the shop last night around 7 ish. Angelique and her 2 coworkers ( sorry, I didn’t get their names) were amazing. Happy, friendly, welcoming. I don’t live in the area, but if I ever am near I will stop by for a coffee. I definitely recommend this Starbucks. 10 stars for sure!! Thanks again. And I had a yummy cookie. 🤗
