This isn't the first time I've ordered online and when I arrive the lady who serves me tells me she doesn't have it and takes more than 10 minutes to make it.

Unsatisfied Customer

Earlier this morning I mobile ordered a drink I have probably three times a week. After a few sips I had to go back in because something about it tasted off. I couldn't quite place it, but I thought that maybe it was just super watered down. There were two employees there at the time. Jenn was an angel, immediately wanting to make it right, and was overall super kind. I want to thank her for her customer service. The other, grey-haired employee, who conveniently had no name tag/ her badge facing inward, condescendingly questioned me. She told me there was no water in my drink, which I believe would make sense if I was upset that it tasted watery. She also read off my additions, making sure I was aware of my own order. I'm not sure if they had recently cleaned the machine or something but it is hours later now and my mouth tastes like chemicals. I knew something was off and am most upset about the implication, and unwillingness to help, from the nameless employee.

Ordered a Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino, but got a completely wrong drink. I was in a rush so I had to leave. Very disappointing.

Yesterday I ordered caramilk frappuccino and and the manager made that coffee for me but she put a lot of ice and these was no taste of frappuccino i was totally unsatisfied with them. Please don’t waste your money there.

The store closes at 8PM, the Went in at 7:10, the laidy will not make us any drink because she cleaned everything already.
And she told us they are closed at 7PM

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a Venti Iced Peach Green Tea, a ham and cheese sandwich, and a mozzarella and tomato sandwich. Everything was delicious.

Asked for light ice and I got half a grande cup full of it???? You pay for light ice now (given your getting more product which is fine) but this is what I got….. I didn’t notice or else I would’ve addressed it at the window. Very disappointed

A very badly managed Starbucks. Ordered cappucinos at drivethru with only 2 cars in front of me and not busy inside. Took 23 mins to finish. Never ever at this branch again. The entire crew should be fired for negligence. Order was placed on Tuesday 28 Feb 2023 just past 5
