rude baristas! i just ordered an ICED drink and received a hot one. i nicely corrected the barista and she said āwell you definitely ordered it hot but iāll guess iāll remake itā and rolled her eyes. i am appalled. she was not the one who took my order so i donāt know how she magically knew that i must have ordered it hot when i clearly said iced. i am sure it was just entered incorrectly but she immediately assumed it was my fault. she then takes 10 seconds to make the new drink and it tasted like sink water. no effort or apology for the mix up, just assumes i ordered the wrong thing. absolutely pathetic and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. will not be back!!!

Iām writing this review because what occurred at this location needs to be brought to the attention of upper management. The behavior I experienced from the supervisor on duty, Kerry, was completely unacceptable and far below Starbucksā customer service standards.
After placing a large and expensive order, I asked for an item on the sideāsomething Iāve received before without an issue. When the barista explained it wasnāt sold separately, I understood and had no problem with that. The issue was what happened next.
Supervisor Kerry looked directly at me and said, with clear attitude and a snarky tone:
āYou know they sell it in stores and you can go make it yourself.ā
This was said unprovoked, and in front of staff and customers. For a supervisor to speak to anyone like thatālet alone a customerāis alarming. It wasnāt just rude; it was intentionally belittling.
What makes this more concerning is that this isnāt an isolated issue. The environment at this location is inconsistent, and on multiple occasions Iāve witnessed certain staff members openly making negative comments about customers over their headsets. This is not only unprofessional-itās disrespectful and damaging to the reputation of the store.
What happened today crossed the line. If this is how a supervisor communicates with customers, it raises serious questions about the work culture and leadership at this location. Clearly, other reviewers have reported similar issues with this same supervisor, which suggests a pattern that should not be ignored.
I genuinely hope management takes this seriously and addresses the unprofessional conduct displayed. This isnāt the Starbucks experience customers expect, and it certainly isnāt the standard the company is known for.

I sat in the drive-thru for almost 30 minutes this morning, which made me late for work, and not a single apology or acknowledgment from the staff at the window. If thereās going to be that kind of delay, at least communicate it or apologize when customers finally get to the window. Really disappointed in the service today.

This starbucks is notoriously the worst one in Burlington. The staff are always rude/short/condescending/gaslighting about products... service always takes forever for even a simple coffee order and do not get me started on drive-thru times. Why have a drive-thru if going in will get you faster service? Something needs to be done about how they manage their staff and this branch.

0 Stars ā Shockingly Condescending Service from Manager Kerry
Iāve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and can usually count on great service anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, this location ā specifically Manager Kerry ā was the complete opposite of what Starbucks is known for.
Few minutes ago I stopped in for a coffee. Later, while picking up my daughter from school, she asked if we could swing by for a drink on our way home. When we returned, Kerryās attitude was unbelievably rude and condescending. Instead of the warm, welcoming service Starbucks prides itself on, we were met with dismissiveness and a tone that made us feel unwelcome for simply wanting to order again.
Starbucks is usually known for treating customers with kindness and respect ā but Kerryās behavior showed none of that. This experience left such a bad impression that I honestly regret stopping here. If Starbucks wants to maintain its global reputation for excellent service, this location ā and Kerryās approach to customers ā needs serious improvement.

Easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Easy to access on the paths outside instead of having to wheel through a parking lot like most places. Drinks always made correctly and staff always pleasant.
