Two guys working but only one was making the orders…15 minutes to get a drink!!! ? And there wasn’t even a big line up! Do better!

They had 5 people working on a Saturday afternoon. I work in the mall so I was on break, I waited 15 mins for my coffee then had to go back to work without it because they were so swamped with orders. I didn’t get a refund either so I asked if I could come back when I’m on my next break and get the drink then since I had already paid for it. They said yes absolutely, no problem! I went back on my second break and waited another 20 minutes for my drink. I do appreciate that they let me get my drink at a later time, however they REALLY need to schedule more staff at this location, especially Friday-Sunday. The employees did their best, but there’s absolutely no reason people should be waiting 20+ minutes for a coffee.
This location is WAY too small to handle the amount of orders they get. They need more staff working behind the counter, but lack the room to do so comfortably.

I’m absolutely livid. I stopped here and waited in line like everyone else, I asked for a water and she said they were too busy to serve me water, when i told her it was so I could take my medication she gave me and empty cup to “go figure it out” I guess. Who does that?

Often ordered here, but just recently I had to throw away my drink on my way to work as it tasted sour: ice espresso white mocha with whole milk and vsc. Was worried that the dairy was spoiled or maybe the sauce has gone bad giving its weird taste. Except for the sad drink, I still had a good experience here and people are nice.

The barista Nargia should be fired and find another NOT in service. I have never had a more brutal experience at any other Starbucks. When you pay $10 for a drink - you expect it to be faster than 27 Minutes. When I asked Nargia to stop talking to her friends in line so she could continue serving the 10 customers waiting she got extremely disrespectful and mouthy. I expressed my concerns for the long wait time and was sided with the other parties waiting. I am extremely disappointed and will be complaining to head office. Reached out to Store manager Lydia with no reply.

The batista said that the drink I was curious about trying was "one of my favorites!" It was the worst Starbucks drink I have ever had, and they said it wasn't filled because that would ruin the taste.

I was standing at the counter and I saw one of the employees grabbing the dirty end of a mop that was just being used on the floor. She was about to start making my coffee when I stopped her and asked her to wash her hands. Of course she said she would but I've already lost trust in this location.

I had a negative experience at this Starbucks that i’d like to share. Today was my birthday. I don’t normally use the app when I order, but my girlfriend, who i’d known always enjoys a free beverage on her birthday, told me i’d need the app in order to take advantage of their offer. I had the app years ago, but it was cleaned up from my phone due to inactivity. I downloaded the app yesterday, because I was looking forward to this. When I got to the register, I mentioned that it was my birthday and asked if the free beverage promotion was still on. They said yes. I ordered my cappuccino and when they scanned the app, no offers came up. I was told that I didn’t have the app for long enough, even though i’d had an account for years. I told them that I’d had an account previously, and asked if anything could be done. The server seemed very bothered by this. The manager came over, also seemed very bothered, and told me that the account was inactive and would take a few days to become active. For that reason, they can’t offer me the beverage. He offered half off. I didn’t think a coffee on my birthday was a big ask, so I told him not to bother. Never wished me happy birthday. Birthday promotion aside, their attitude was very poor overall. They weren’t busy, and it was a beautiful day out. No need to give me a hard time.

On my way home from the mall I stopped at the starbucks on Brant street and they noticed the same lack of offer in their computer system. They gave me my cappuccino without question.

4 stars for atmosphere and food, simply because Starbucks the restaurant did nothing wrong. The staffs attitude and service was very poor however.
