This is literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever attended. I’ve worked at the mall for the past 7 years, and while their staff is friendly and nice, the service as of the last 6 months has been EXTREMELY slow. I usually place my mobile order 20 minutes in advance so it’s ready either before my shift, or for the start of my break. They never fail to ALWAYS be late to serving it. This is regardless of how busy or slow it is customer wise. I’ve had to ask multiple times for the status, and sometimes they said they didn’t even see the ticket for the second item.This has been horrible for at least the last 6-8 months.Bottom line, speed it up, hire more staff, or make a bigger location. 20+ minutes for a sandwich and coffee is WAY too long.

I placed a mobile order at 4:03pm today. I live close, so I was there shortly after placing. I had to wait till 4:40pm to receive my drink. There was no apology, just confusion. The place was busy, and understaffed.. maybe turn off mobile ordering instead of disappointing regular customers. Highly disappointed, will NOT be returning to this location.
