We literally waited in the drive thru for almost 20-25 min for such a small order and when we came to the window the guy was busy chitchatting and showing his phone to the girls at front and then he was so chill about it, wish i could give zero as a rating also there was only one car before us, so it wasn’t like they were busy helping other customers….. worst Starbucks i ever visited!!!!! Would never come back here againnn EVERRRRRR!!!

I keep thinking Starbucks might impress me but it never does. I was looking for a simple cappuccino. No syrups or creams, just plain and simple. But one sip was enough - burnt taste as if someone put their cigarette out in the cup. I immediately returned it. The staff member on drive through was very kind and courteous. No issues there, just overall it’s a company of syrups and additives so if you want sugar-injected drinks it will work for you. But if all you want is a nice simple coffee, Starbucks can’t deliver.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff member at the counter seemed In a bad mood, rushed and uninterested, and my drink wasn't even properly mixed. It wasn't busy I was the only one inside. When you go to Starbucks, you expect friendly service and attention to detail. If I wanted poor service I would have gone to Tim's for a fraction of the price.

Always have a positive attitude and smile on their face. I try not to make my drinks too complicated but they are never worried about any customizations. Very nice and welcoming people and always consistent food & drink!
