Absolutely the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to and I go daily and travel for a living so this is saying a lot! I’ve had multiple unprofessional experiences with both staff, horrible time management, short staffing and inconsistent inedible drinks. I’ve left most of it slide as I only come to this specific location 1x a week. What I experienced today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I waited at the drive through a total of 42 minutes. 20 minutes into patiently waiting for my order I was on the phone with a family member when my turned came up and I was immediately silenced with a “we’re not ready, wait!”. I was taken aback but unmuted my uncle on my call and explained to him “sorry I’m just at Starbucks trying to order, it’s taking long”. I was suddenly interrupted “you know we can hear you right?!!”- in which I responded “ yes and ?”… they responded “well we don’t appreciate being insulted!”. I was completely dumbfounded. She was incredibly aggressive and I did not understand where this was coming from. I responded “ excuse me? What did I say that was insulting?” The girl called “Leo” aggressively responded “we don’t like people talking on the phone near our speaker, we’re sensitive you know, we’re short staffed and don’t need to be insulted”. I continued to ask what exactly about my private conversation with my uncle was insulting where all I said was that it was taking long- which was fact- not an insult. She continued to yell back at me when someone else interrupted mid yelling and introduced themselves as “Lynn the manager.” She tried to surpass the conversation and I said no we’re not going to ignore what just happened, I’m completely insulted. She doubled down about them being sensitive and short staffed. I reiterated nothing insulting was said and that clearly they need sensitivity training and customer service training because I don’t need to be yelled at with my 4 year old child in the car in the middle of a snow storm. The regiment lasted 10 minutes. When they said “so what do you want “ when I asked for their names, I responded “well it seems like you’ll probably spit in my drink I don’t even trust to order now” in which case they laughed! When I said I felt humiliated and insulted and that my child was in the car they responded “I don’t care”! I am absolutely beside myself. I have never in my life experienced anything so ridiculous and yet so humiliating in my life. I even told them that it wasn’t right to be taking out their frustrations on me and that in no way did I say anything insulting and that stating fact was NOT an insult. I go to Starbucks every single day- and spend at least $10 when I do. I’ve never had a single negative issue other than bad drinks from time to time. This was the exact same location that just 4 days prior had insulted me to my husband. My husband came in to pickup my mobile order and the worker said “ohhh, you’re the complicated customer with extra matcha scoops”. My husband said he felt embarrassed since they didn’t say it kindly in the store . I let that one slide. But this? I ended getting stuck behind 4 cars after the end of the argument when I just put the window up and called corporate right away. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I wasted 40+ minutes of my time , got no drink and left in nearly tears having to apologize to my poor 4 year old who seemed confused and scared and disappointed we didn’t get his hot chocolate either. Just disgusting . These people need to be fired and held accountable. Bad days happen, as a full time worker and mother I know and empathize but this was completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and horrible customer service

Urgent Concern Regarding Lack of Signage in Drive-Through
I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of proper signage at your drive-through, which has repeatedly caused confusion and inconvenience for drivers. This issue has resulted in several near-accidents and traffic blocks, creating significant disruptions for other motorists.
It is absolutely unacceptable that no effort has been made to address this recurring problem. The absence of clear directions to move over not only compromises safety but also shows a lack of consideration for customers and the community.
I urge you to take immediate action to install appropriate signage and ensure that the drive-through operates efficiently and safely for everyone. Failing to do so reflects poorly on your commitment to customer service and public safety.

Horrible service..
I am really disappointed!!!
I never seen this bad attitude in my life, especially at Starbucks. To be honestly. I always appreciate the service that Starbucks offers however, this time when I ordered the two Icel latte then they came back to me for two ice Americano. I told her it’s the wrong order but the stuff just acting as I don’t care and walked away. So I have to step up to coordinate between priestess to make sure I got the right otter. I am really disappointed!!! I would never thought that wouldn’t be expected from Starbucks!

First time at this location for drive thru, and I think the young ladies name was Mia and she was wonderful. I don’t usually write reviews but the questions she asked me through drive through I had never been asked at a Starbucks before. For my chive bakes she asked if I wanted ketchup… and then for my drink if I wanted a straw for it and I thought of yeah that would probably help a lot. Wonderful presence and great customer service. It’s the small things !

Nice location with good service. In the drive-thru there is a board with awesome puns posted that make the experience even better.

The workers are very kind and courteous. The drive through however is the longest wait of any Starbucks i have ever been to. It takes so long that I often avoid this location. I’m actually waiting in line right now realizing that I could have been to any other coffee shop and back home by now. Too bad because the staff are always very nice.

I went to this location today 17thAug2024, around 4:20 PM I asked for a drink n a puppychino. I guess the employee name was Emily. First thing she made my drink wrong and second she said we are out of whip cream, Starbucks not carrying whip cream!!!!! lol and then I checked online and it was there.

Waited 25 minutes for a drink! Really slow service.
Women name leo at cash was so so rude. It took more than 20 mins for us to get 2 wraps and 4 drinks. Not a best location! I would definitely avoid this location in future. This is lowering starbucks standards with rude people in there. Maybe one smile will be better.
