Starbucks

Honestly I am young myself, but I am finding young kids less and less personable.. I was in the drive through and usually when you wait more than 30 seconds to a minute or more they will say “I will be right with you” but not a single car was in front of me and I had 3-4 cars already piled behind me. I waited long enough for my son to fall asleep on the back seat. I pulled forward to the window and it took another 2 minutes for a young man to even open the window. I told him I guess I will go back around since no one greeted me. I went around made my order and again no one said I’ll be right with you, waited a normal amount of time this time around but still should have been told I will be helped shortly when waiting to be helped (especially at a Starbucks where they are meant to be super kind). Surly enough the young kid got a young female to hand me my drink rather than just apologize and letting me explain what I think he should have done (Nicely I’m not going to be rude) but yea anyways, probably will drive a little further now just to find a different Starbucks rather than the one closest to home.

The grumpiness and sadness of the staff in that place is beyond imagination. Basic customer service skills do not exist.

Clean and friendly location. Seasonal outdoor seating and not overcrowded. Location was steady with customers but no long wait times.

Super SLOW drive-through! They definitely need more staff or a change in management!!!

Came here Sunday Aug. 24th around noon time and don’t have anything to say but great things about the team working there, really nice people ❤️

Why do they keep this place so cold like a refrigerator? Why?? Shoot, I can’t enjoy a cold drink in here it’s too COLD inside :-(
…and the music sooooooo bad and loud I can’t hear myself talking

Nice, clean, and friendly starbucks with indoor seating and a patio. Sadly the disabled door mechanism doesnt work so had to get someone to open the main door for me.

I placed an order via Uber Eats which did not allow for modifications, so I called the store for adjustments. The lovely gentleman on the phone made all new drinks at no cost and was incredibly kind and understanding. Great service!

OK it was 3:30...not 8am and I decided to grab my grandaughter a refresher. There were 2 cars ahead of me and it was over 10min. to get a tall ( over 6$$$$$) drink. ) a) way to long for this time of day and b) had no idea a tall would be over 6$ ...last time for this for sure.

What a garbage location I’m glad I’m not the only one who had a horrible experience. I waited in line for 25 minutes! The girl waited until I gave her my order then casually says debit machine is down only taking cash or Starbucks Rewards. Really? You tell me that now? Then you have to wait another 10 minutes until the car is done in front of you to even leave the drive through. This place should seriously not even exist there’s so many better Starbucks I only went to this one because I passed the one I usually go to by accident. Save your gas don’t bother.

The team in there today are all moving at a snails pace. No urgency no attention to detail, dropping things everywhere and laughing about it. There was no line in store and it still took 30 minutes to get drinks. And one was wrong! We didn’t bother taking it back. I don’t tend to complain, but 30 minutes that should have been 5 when you’re supposed to be somewhere can really impact a person’s day.
