I ordered a bunch of stuff but they only filled my mocha half way, this is so wrong, I'm paying over 7 dollars per coffee now and this is what I get, the sandwiches were dry and terrible. Bad bad service.

Weirdo male creeps will stare and stalk, waiting for you to exit then try to rush for the door at the same time as you to get in your face with a fake chance encounter. Ew.

Sister went to order a coffee for us while I waited at a table. It was so nice that the barista was talking with her and acknowledging people as they came and went. When they got busy with teenagers, they got them in and out so quick! Glad our order was ahead of them.

Drive through is a pain to get in and out
There is not order on how they prepare things! I placed a mobile order from app and still had to wait 20min

I ordered a hot matcha latte, the staff took it wrong and made a cold one. However, they immediately make me a new hot one and kindly offered the cold one to me as well. Amazing service!!

The staff at this location were good. However, I received the worst treatment from the manager on duty on September 29 at 3 PM . after purchasing my order, I showed documentation of my service dog and after sitting at the table for about 10 minutes the manager who seemed to be on a computer working at one of the tables, decided to come up to me and tell me to leave because dogs were not allowed inside the establishment although there was no signage on the door saying that there are no pets allowed. She was very rude and did not apologize for her mistake. When I told her I already showed my documentation at the cash.. She made me feel unwelcome, even though I was a paying customer. And when I decided to confront her afterwards, she still did not apologize And just responded by saying OK, thank you for your feedback.
The best Starbucks in Ontario.The service is amazing especially a lady called Mae who provides the best customer service I have ever had! Just amazing!

Every single time I come to this location I get the same nonsense. Why is my $8 large coffee never full to the top. This pic is from literally leaving the drive thru , I am not one for confrontation so I just don’t say anything to the lady at the counter every time. It’s frustrating and should be a full cup not half a cup
