I had walked in without realizing that it was minutes to closing. I didn’t want to be a bother so I apologized and was embarrassed because I have worked in customer service before and I didn’t want to be that one person that comes in last minute. I was about to leave until the two staff members behind the counter were so kind and assured me that it was fine and said that they could still make my order. The drink was delicious and I am so thankful for the kindness and hospitality I was shown that day. That being said, I do not encourage going into places right before closing time.

I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks every single day. No matter how many times I go, sometimes it's 4 or 5 times a day, but I go here... outstanding service, friendly people, always clean, they feel like family

I biked here to enjoy a snack and do some work online. I left my bike on the patio and kindly asked a gentleman if I could put my bike in the door so keep an eye on it. He said normally no, but this time it's okay if it's out of the way. So I brought it in and left it exactly where he said when Brie literally SCOLDED/YELLED at me from across the cafe (the door hasn't even shut behind me yet) "NO BIKES, NOT ALLOWED, YOU CAN'T BRING THAT HERE" with tons of other customers starring at me. How embarrasing? I just kind of stood there and waited for them to tell me what they wanted me to do since they said opposite things. I wanted to talk to Brie and ask if they could have politely walked over to me and asked me to remove the bike instead of yelling at me like a child holding a weapon. I'm human, talk to me like one, Brie. (They were busy though). Brie did not make eye contact with me or some over to say whoops sorry about that. I'm ALL for rules and following spec/policy, but be polite maybe

This is by far the best Starbucks around. The staff are ALWAYS friendly. And, they are very quick with your orders. They never get my order wrong. Your staff at this location deserve a raise!!

I ordered drag fruit refresher..the person who is on POS was good she welcome me nicely but the person who gave me the refresher was not at all good she didn't greeted me and also she didn't told me that my drink is ready and she just put the refresher cup in bad way...... I didn't like that

I rarely leave reviews when visiting establishments, however, I felt like one was warranted.I work nearby and have been going to this specific Starbucks almost every day for the last 3 years.After issues with the app in the morning, an incorrect drink was provided in the morning to my co-worker (who also frequents this location), and I explained this to the “assistant manager” Romina, she offered to remake the drink…only to charge us for it anyways without informing us she was doing so.When we asked her why she did this she said it’s not Starbucks fault and she would not be remaking it. She was rude, stand off ish, and quite frankly this was an awful customer service experience. I explained to her that we come here frequently and I have had drinks made incorrectly and cold food provided (literally raw cold food, not fully heated - and I’m currently pregnant) and had not complained or brought it back most times. The few times I did mention it off hand (just so they were aware of the issue) they would offer to remake it without me even asking.But in this case Romina had no sympathy, and awful customer service. This was the last location that I would expect this kind of service from. Every morning when I go there, they remember my name and my drink order. To be clear the only time I’ve ever had an issue with customer service here is with this specific manager, (who I’ve rarely seen before this). We spend hundreds of dollars a month here and they refused to make a tall (which is the smallest) drink… we were also buying other ones, and brought the entire drink that was incorrectly made back - clearly untouched. When I asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation she said that she was the manager as the other manager was away and we could only speak to her - and she would not assist us with this issue.I am extremely disappointed with this location, and the “only management” that they have left there while the actual manager (who would most likely know us) was away. Romina was extremely rude, I have also never seen her before, and I know many of the workers by name. Any other employees there have always been welcoming and kind, and made it known that they remember me, as they’ve memorized my order in the morning and always greet me with a smile.I sadly highly doubt I will be coming back here, nor will I send any colleagues or friends to this location any longer. This experience was the worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks location.I suggest hiring new management before Romina’s customer service drives more dedicated customers away.

This review is based on my experience with the assistant manager Romina.I go to this Starbucks very often and see the same wonderful faces everyday up until today. There was an issue with my drink in the morning and I went back in the after noon to fix the drink and order another one for my co worker. I explained the situation to Romina and she had zero sympathy, she had attitude and argued at the drive thru window. No smile straight off the bat. I was told that since I didn’t call right away she couldn’t fix my drink!!!I was pretty surprised to receive such bad customer service from this location - or Starbucks in general. Just finding out she is now In charge I’d rather go to another location that actually cares about their customers. I get people have bad days but this is the way she will always handle customers…clearly.
