Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a BMT that came with all the wrong toppings (same toppings as veggie patty sub). When I called the store to ask for a new sandwich as my partner doesn’t eat the same toppings I do they suggested that I come back and they replace the toppings on the same sandwich. I said absolutely not, make a new one, he’s expecting a fresh sandwich with the toppings he ordered. She said sorry the employee is new and she would have to call her manager and call me back in two minutes. This took longer than two minutes so I called back. They claimed they needed to watch the security cameras to verify I wasn’t lying. I come to this subway all the time and have the sandwich still without a bite taken out of it. This is a ridiculous way to handle a simple complaint and I know this can’t be the standard subway or management set for the employees. This seems so basic, just make a new sandwich to replace the one you made incorrectly. I’d like someone to follow up with me on this as I’m so disappointed in the customer service received and that I had to argue about this when it was made incorrectly. I’m the one who had to waste my time and gas going to and from the store just to get the order I placed in the first place.

I have been s customer at this location for a very long time and have found that Shipa in particular has been very efficient and friendly whenever I have been there. She works from Monday to Friday during the day and I always try to go when she is there.

Not friendly. Rip off. Our sandwiches had minimal meat and minimal toppings. They definitely skimp out. Expect mostly a bun sandwich.

They need to learn the meaning of customer service. We waited there for 20 minutes and the girl working there didn’t even say a Hi, asking for our order is an another thing. She was totally ignoring us when we tried to order. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour. This is not what we are expecting from such a reputable company like subway.

Pathetic customer service. I ordered via mobile and selected the deal of free potato rings & drink and they refused to give it to me. I showed the order on my phone as well which displayed the deal. Zero courtesy.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The food isn’t the problem—it’s the customer service. The staff was incredibly rude. I don’t expect to be met with eye-rolling and attitude just for asking for extra onions. The lack of professionalism in this restaurant is appalling. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to a different location than be treated disrespectfully.

worst customer service ever!!!!! my friend paid for sandwich and they made two charges from her account when she asked about second transaction they said wait for few days for refund. if refund doesnt process come back to us. She went back in after few days owner denied refund and asked her talk to bank instead meanwhile they had the access to transaction and my friend had transactions too. they suppose to investigate it proper instead deny and get away with it.

The online menu is incomplete. Under Hot Drinks there is nothing listed. Fountain Drinks has no listing of the drinks they sell. Some of the Series Sandwiches have incomplete descriptions of what's in them. Frustrating. Wonder who is responsible for design/maintenance of webpage.
