I would like to submit this report regarding one of the workers in your restaurant in the Burlington branch, because of her disrespectful treatment of customers.

During my visit to the restaurant, I noticed that the said worker showed inappropriate behavior while dealing, and spoke in an unprofessional and unprofessional manner, which gave a negative impression of the place and customer service.

I appreciate the efforts of the distinguished Subway team in maintaining the quality of service and the reputation of the restaurant, so I submit this report in the hope that you will take the appropriate measures to ensure the continuation of a respectable work environment and customer service befitting the name of Subw

Incredibly bad food, appearance is so off and sloppy. Customer Service doesn't exist and when you order they don't listen. When you correct them or stop them from putting something on your sub that you DON'T want, they get angry at you. This subway location needs serious help and fast.

Today at the same time when i added comment here i visited this location, ordered two foot long and at the end while paying she already mentions that dont create mess since we dont have dine in at 9:15pm est ?

If thats the case then say it before customer start the order.. this is very bad way of welcoming customers…

Not welcoming by staff and they have washrooms but won’t let paying customers use it. Management should overview staff behaviour towards customers

I have been a long-time customer at this Subway restaurant location. Service and food have always been the greatest. No complaints at all, and I am always looking forward to the next visit. Pankaj is doing a great job managing the restaurant, and her professionalism and friendliness are a rare find these days. :)

Don’t eat here. I got severe food poisoning from this location after eating a Ham Sub. Never eating Subway again…

Thank you for messing up my order in the worst possible way. No ham on the HAM SNACKWICH, missing items and poor quality of food. Can't even get a refund from Uber eats. Why are you adding and taking away items to the order? Just cancel it if you can't supply the right food. Waste of $40. Ime of order 9:15pm.

Never Again,
Worst experience i had with this location.
Brought two subs, very little veggies she put it in after requested few times. Plus, DID NOT even put meat in my BOTH COLD CUT subs even that was the first word came out from my mouth when ordering. Called store 4 times, Manager or owner hung upsaying going to check camera so I suggested also Listen the mic as well and went to ask employee, she punched veggie sub in the system so can't help with anything.
On top of this tried to eat first bite and found hair, better to die hungry than buying dinner from this place.
What a mess. Really ? And look at the attitude of Owner.
Maybe Subway should give franchise to some one else than this uneducated and non sophisticated OWNER, who doesn't know a proper customer service.

I went to get the sandwich, it wasnt busy at all, got to meet Panjak over there. Her customer service is friendly and polite. It was neat and clean and got good tasty sandwich

What has happened to Subway? Decided to have sandwiches delivered for lunch and all 3 were wrong with items missing. How can you not put basic items such as tomatoes, onions or lettuce on a sandwich when they were clearly requested (the receipt was correct, food wasn't). One of the sandwiches received a few scraps of lettuce, no tomatoes and no mayo. Absolute garbage. Do not order from this location, obviously staff just don't care.

Loved the food and the service was great with very kind staff. Rick was very very kind. Super amazing and very close to home
