Never ever going to this Subway again,
There was one girl working over there and I just ask her to make one footlong veggie Patty sandwich and just cut in half, so she charge me for 2- 6inches that’s weird she told me that according to Subway policy we can’t punch in footlong sub
I am making all the things same just cut in half that’s totally weird to charge me for extra…
I already told her there Is no policy for Subway I just want to cut it into 2 parts she charged me today at 7:40pm for 2 - 6inches

That’s totally wrong, but in front of her I didn’t say anything.

Guys don’t go ever to this Subway.

I would like to submit this report regarding one of the workers in your restaurant in the Burlington branch, because of her disrespectful treatment of customers.

During my visit to the restaurant, I noticed that the said worker showed inappropriate behavior while dealing, and spoke in an unprofessional and unprofessional manner, which gave a negative impression of the place and customer service.

I appreciate the efforts of the distinguished Subway team in maintaining the quality of service and the reputation of the restaurant, so I submit this report in the hope that you will take the appropriate measures to ensure the continuation of a respectable work environment and customer service befitting the name of Subw

Incredibly bad food, appearance is so off and sloppy. Customer Service doesn't exist and when you order they don't listen. When you correct them or stop them from putting something on your sub that you DON'T want, they get angry at you. This subway location needs serious help and fast.

Today at the same time when i added comment here i visited this location, ordered two foot long and at the end while paying she already mentions that dont create mess since we dont have dine in at 9:15pm est ?

If thats the case then say it before customer start the order.. this is very bad way of welcoming customers…

I have been a long-time customer at this Subway restaurant location. Service and food have always been the greatest. No complaints at all, and I am always looking forward to the next visit. Pankaj is doing a great job managing the restaurant, and her professionalism and friendliness are a rare find these days. :)

Thank you for messing up my order in the worst possible way. No ham on the HAM SNACKWICH, missing items and poor quality of food. Can't even get a refund from Uber eats. Why are you adding and taking away items to the order? Just cancel it if you can't supply the right food. Waste of $40. Ime of order 9:15pm.

Never Again,
Worst experience i had with this location.
Brought two subs, very little veggies she put it in after requested few times. Plus, DID NOT even put meat in my BOTH COLD CUT subs even that was the first word came out from my mouth when ordering. Called store 4 times, Manager or owner hung upsaying going to check camera so I suggested also Listen the mic as well and went to ask employee, she punched veggie sub in the system so can't help with anything.
On top of this tried to eat first bite and found hair, better to die hungry than buying dinner from this place.
What a mess. Really ? And look at the attitude of Owner.
Maybe Subway should give franchise to some one else than this uneducated and non sophisticated OWNER, who doesn't know a proper customer service.
