Been going here since 2002. This will be my last day here. Totally disgusted with their sneaky ways of doing business. Ordered a foot-long sub for $13.19 - paid with Credit Card. Checking my receipt to find I have been charged $1.49 Tips. I absolutely did not approve that payment. Subway - you may be sly & deceitful - but you just lost a customer of 22 years.

Store is always clean. Especially behind the counter where the food is made. Staff is friendly. Change their gloves and wash hands before putting on new ones. Huge SHOUT OUT to Ricky. No matter how busy it is. Ricky is always smiling and very patience with customers. This is the SubWay on Plains Road and corner of Brant Street.

You can't go wrong at Subway. These girls are the best. They don't skimp on toppings, they make it look like the pictures on the menu. No lazy Tim Hortons or McDonald's employees here. Eat here.

Just found multiple hairs in my food, we called the place to complain and maybe to get some sort of refund and they hung up on us. Lovely. Wear a hairnet please it’s disgusting pulling hairs out of my mouth.

Really thankful that they are open late but there was only one sandwich artist so the wait was quite long. Guess it's a popular spot for GO train riders. She was very calm, friendly and did her best though.
Love it here. This shop is right around the corner from my work, so I’ve stopped in sometimes to pick up an online order after my shift. Great portions for their rice bowls, and so tasty!

I’ve never had a bad experience at a subway before. But this one’s poor service really stands out.The guy was skimping on ingredients(vegetables) so much, the spinach was wilting and then he added a ton on salt on the sandwich when asked for salt.The restaurant was also out of multigrain bread and veggie patty during our visit. Do not recommend this branch for sure!
