After a long night shift, get into this subway and have the worst experience in my life. Everything was out of order or not available. At the end when i asked for my sub to be grilled , it was also not working. Lastly, the washrooms as well were out of order.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered potato rings, which they don’t even have, yet they still accepted the order online, without saying a word or any notification. No replacement, no refund, just a shrug and attitude. The owner was shockingly rude and arrogant, like they’re doing customers a favor by being open. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This place is a joke. Never going back, and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointing experience at Subway.

Don’t even want to give one star

There was no one else in the store, but the owner still refused to take our order. We wanted to use an online promotion and asked if we could customize our sandwiches in-store and then pay online. Since the store was empty, we thought it wouldn’t be an issue.

However, the owner flat-out refused and said we must place the order online and wait, even though we were already there. She told us we couldn’t customize anything in person and that it’s “up to us” if we wanted to order or not. The attitude was dismissive and unprofessional.

It felt like they didn’t care about customer service at all. Will not be returning.

Got a meal with a fountain soda. I only drink Diet Pepsi and oddly their machine didn’t have any (it had no diet options).

I asked to swap to a bottled drink instead and cover any difference in cost. They told me they could offer no refund on the initial drink purchase because I had handled the fountain cup walking over to the machine.

The nice girl working at store called her manager to try to fix the situation. The manager offered me a 10% discount on a bottled drink.

Yes… 10% off a $3.39 bottle of pop, on top of the $2.79 fountain drink. I’m not paying $6-7 for a drink.

Subway is already charging highway robbery prices. Worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Never coming back.

Never had a good experience and stopped going but gave it a shot again tonight as our usual spot closed. Terrible experience the turkey and lettuce are almost rubbery and hard to bite. I only managed to eat about a quarter of the sub. My wife had to tell her 3 times not toasted and go very slow to be sure she got it right. I unfortunately was not paying attention after my wife order and said cheese not toasted. By the time I had notice the sub was done. She tried to tell me it’s what I ordered which it most definitely was not as I’ve never asked for that in my life.my wife said no he didn’t can you make another which she went to argue again and I just said forget it. I’m sure people won’t get it but I refuse to waste and entire sandwich because someone can’t manage to understand two instructions at a time. $15 I’ll never see again. Learned my lesson. Oh just notice the pepper top the women added to my sub aswell… nice touch. What’s the brown stuff cringe

I placed an online order through Subway’s website for pickup at 8:20 PM. Unfortunately, my son got stuck in traffic and arrived at the store at 8:50 PM—only to find it closed, despite the posted hours stating they were open until 9 PM. In the meantime, my order was canceled without notice.

I reached out to Subway’s head office to file a complaint and received a response from the store owner the next morning. While they acknowledged closing early, they made no effort to replace my order or offer a resolution.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location—the staff and owner have consistently been unfriendly. With several other Subway locations nearby, I won’t be returning to this one.

I had one of the most horrible experiences today at this location. Worst subway I’ve been to, Very rude and ignorant owner, wearing slippers while working, no hair net ,didn’t wash the hands either. Such poor service. The food quality was very low.
No fresh bread. I requested for sauce in small container owner said for sauce in small container you need to pay extra. I used to work in subway never charge for extra sauce.
Don't go at this location.

Has to be the worst sub of my life. Such poor service, gives you disgusting stares, and clearly doesn't put effort. The skinniest subway with barely anything inside EVEN after asking for extra, and not even cut in half equally or near equal. The drinks taste like they were mixed with water. My friend asked for an extra fork and the worker refused to give it saying “we don’t give away free forks”. Would give it a zero if possible. Absolutely horrible

Nice guy working - good part of the review ends there. Yellow lettuce and 8$ for a 6”. Right beside this location is a small mom and pop shop selling great bahn mi and corn beef etc sandwiches for cheaper with fresh ingredients and actual flavour. Subway really shot themselves in the foot with how catchy their 5$ footlongs were marketed because I’ll never go back.
