Huge shoutout to Nil for still taking my order right before closing! Really appreciated the great service. This Subway branch has consistently been one of the cleanest I’ve visited, from the counters to the dining area. Everything always looks spotless and well-kept, which makes a big difference. I ordered my usual beef brisket sub, and as always, they were generous with the portions and made it just the way I like it. Definitely one of the best Subway locations around for both food and cleanliness.

I wish I had no star or negative to give one. I came here for my lunch just now and had an horrible experience with shilpa working at the store she is the owner of the store and didn’t serve me food because I have some allergies restrictions she mentioned me don’t eat From us if you have allergies restrictions because we serve everything cross contamination here. Such poor owner and her poor customer service. Staff is so cooperative but owner herself is disgustingly and stingy to serve. I spend about almost $20 whenever I visit them but I guess they don’t want to grow the business. So please be careful when you visit this location specially they don’t change gloves and don’t take care of there customers when they have dietary or any restrictions. Horrible experience and horrible customer service being an owner of the store. Such a waste of time also I make sure and complain to health Burlington. Attached is her picture for your reference. Please don’t eat and waste your money if this lady serves you. She claims herself an employee being the owner of the store.

This subway is the cleanest one i’ve ever seen! The staff was really friendly and was patient because it took a while for me to decide what to get. The buns were soft and I really liked the brisket. You can never go wrong with a sandwich here

I love this Subway, on average I grab 2-3 subs a week, however, today they screwed up my online order. I got home (I live about 20 minutes from the location) and realized it was wrong. I called and asked for a refund and the woman on the phone told me she needed to see the sandwiches, that she made them and knew they were right. She made this huge fuss and I ended up having to drive another 40 minutes round trip to get the problem solved. Bonus points since she hid in the back and didn't even bother to come out to apologize. Never again, that was the rudest, weirdest, silliest customer service I've ever experienced.

This is not about my experience at your location because the individual who helped me was very good. This is more of a corporate complaint and I had no choice but post it here because it’s near impossible to locate a number or email for corporate office. I consider Subway a healthy alternative to a lot of other fast food organizations. But when you buy 2 six inch wraps, they don’t charge you the price of a foot-long But rather the price of 2 six inch wraps which results in an additional six dollars on my order each time. But if you order two six inch subs separately, they’ll charge you the cost of a foot-long. Both options are using the same amount of chicken, vegetables and cheese so I’m confused. I asked this question to the employee working and they told me It’s because Subway does not have a button on their payment system to make this happen and they did agree it’s the same amount of content. I will be looking at other options for healthy eating because subway it’s not putting their customers first.

Ordered a footlong sub for pickup. The service needs improvement as the lady at the cash register seemed uninterested and a little impatient and I was not even greeted once, which definitely didn’t make for the warmest welcome.The young girl made my sub really well and up to the mark. Restaurant was clean.
Been here a few times because the service is great and the restaurant very clean.
Bread was stale and tasted like it was day old.
Very poor quality food. And very expensive from all other places. Please don't go to this place. Everything looks very old.
Ate there yesterday (NYE) for lunch and got the Italian sandwich with cheese and spinach. I got food poisoning really bad from the food there. Avoid at all costs.
