Bon Voyage Manveer!! You will be truly missed. I have always had the best service and experience at this location because of this employee. Always smiling and kind to everyone. Knowing our orders and taking an interest in the customers. I hope her replacement is 1/10 as great as she has been. This rating is 100% based on the experience she provided. Same as any other subway, but not ever really busy. It's in an odd strip mall where this is located but its a good place to get a fresh sub when you want one

Rude people there most of the time. I got a snacker and the bread is stale and so hard. I know the bread type but it should be easily bitable. The lettuce was so brown, I feel scared for those who ate it today. I only go here because of convenience but today may be the absolute last time.

worst staff ever i have seen.punjabi lady working there have no manners and donot know how to give customer service. if you are making order atleast focus on that first. you can fight for the shifts later on with the coworker

You know, I used to really enjoy Subway but this location is terrible and I will NOT return! The 2 ladies that were working when I was there today had no respect for the customers in the location!

An older man ordered in front of me and when it was time to pay he wanted to use a coupon. The way the ladies were barking at him on why he couldn't use it was appalling! They basically belittled him (while one worker was talking loudly over him in a different language). Then a lady a few customers after me was asking what type of bread they had and the working was so disrespectful to her too! Maybe this lady had never been to a subway and didn't know, I would hope she doesn't return after how she was treated!

These workers need some training! What I witnessed today, is not at all acceptable in a customer service role!

Said closed. Its suppose to close 10pm. And its fast food not a fine dine. Not a valid excuse. Honoring your own claima of business hours is business 101

I really like every employee I have ever dealt with here. They are all super friendly, polite and respectful! A few even remember my order from previous visits and I don't even go that often!!
They wash their hands and put new gloves on before making my sandwich and the store is clean. The food is delicious as well!
I have never had a bad experience in this restaurant!

I ordered a sub through the Subway app at around 9:30am for 12:30pm lunch pick up. My visa card was charged and order was placed promptly. I went there at 12:30pm to pick up my sub, and the lady working at the cash register said there was no online order or me. She searched and searched and couldn't find it.
I checked the Subway app again, and clearly the order was placed and the location of my order was correct. After a couple of minutes I decided to check my email to see if there's more detailed receipt for my order in there to show to the cash register lady. Receipt was there, but I also received cancellation email at 12:17pm from Subway that apparently (13 minutes before my scheduled pick up time) my order was CANCELLED?!?!?!? What??? No idea who and why cancelled it!!!!! This is just ridiculous!!!
Good there's Tim Horton's on the same plaza so I still had time to eat lunch before returning to work.

Terrible service, very cheap owners and workers act like they’re doing you a favour by making a sandwich that your gonna PAY for, I’d rather get some groceries from Marilou’s nearby than shopping here.
