The lady was of mid age and when we told our order we told her we didn't want spinach still she put spinach on our sub and when we told her no she took from our sub and put it back in the fresh spinach container. The spinach was cross contaminated. Bad customer service and bad food safety.

I recently placed an order here and the lady in the evening shift accepted the order even though she does not have the bread which i need. I understand the situation and accepted the bread whatever she have and told her to do little modification but she was frustrated and arguing with me...this thing never happened in any location of subway I visited through out my life in Canada.

WORST EXPERIENCE- I went there on 29th dec around 12:00 PM, the lady over there didnât care enough to ask what I want, so I asked her to make me a 6 inch sub and grill it. After barely putting any vegetable she simply said âIâll try to grillâ with the frown on her face. Absolutely 0 stars if I could give to this place. People like her donât deserve the job as they donât care about it. Will never visit again EVER.

I come every Tuesday with my 10 year old son on our way from one hockey practice to another. The staff is so pleasant to my son and they always are patient with him while he places his order. We have zero complaints about our visits.
The lady server wont let me customize my rice bowl and would argue that i take the readily diced onion with tomatoes which is very soggy already. She didnât use gloves or wash hand before touching the foods. She was very rude.

i have been an avid subway eater most of my life, and have gone to this subway for years. if you go there in person, the subs will be fine. however: IF YOU ORDER TAKEOUT, DO NOT EXPECT YOUR SUB TO BE TOASTED. EVER. IT WILL NOT EVEN SEE THE OVEN. EVERY TIME. WITHOUT FAIL. YOUR BREAD WILL BE COLD. IT WILL BE MUSHY. IF YOU EAT YOUR SUBS LIKE THIS, FINE. BUT TO ME, SUBS ARE DISGUSTING SLOP IF THEY ARE NOT TOASTED. TO THE SUBWAY EMPLOYEES HERE, DO BETTER. IT TAKES 30 SECONDS TO DO YOUR JOB.
