Purchased 3 Subs, turkey with almost all the toppings, steak and cheese with almost all the toppings and brisket stampede with cheese. Received 3 subs with half the meat, some missing cheese and a bunch of toppings. Son asked for more meat as there was only very little meat used for a 6inch on the whole 12inch. I mean one slice on one side and a broken slice on the other, and she asked what kind of card he's using for 50% off. He explained we paid for a card $25+tax for the month on the app. And that he gets more meat at other locations. She told him to go there and started serving the next person. I went in to get a refund, tried to put the sun by the cash over the huge stack of trays and it slid on the ground. I was upset but said oops sorry the sun fell. She ignored me and finished with her customer while I waited to ask for a refund. It was rudeness and a scene from there, security was involved and she lied multiple times and angered me so much I lost it. I ended up being rude with security who didn't deserve it she infuriated me. I shouldnt have to be embarrassed asking for a refund when I didn't get what I paid for. She also told me I paid half I get half and had no shame saying it infront of security like she was just. And there's no way to get a hold of Subway to deal with it.
We are done 100% never coming back.
These franchise owners are out of hand. If you don't want to Honor the program then don't list yourself as a participating location. The customer shouldn't get a 6-in sub worth of toppings and meats on a full 12-in especially when they paid money for promotion.
Ive been about 3 or 4 times in the last 2 weeks, I eat subway a lot, and usually they have to use the knife to fold my sandwhich closed because of all the toppings, I also usually get double meat, every location I go to is very generous with the toppings, especially the ones you pay for like the double meat, this place is VERY stingy with the toppings, i only go if im in a rush because it's on my route, but at this point, I'll make a detour

I stopped in to do a catering order and unfortunately this isn't the place to go.
When trying to coordinate the order, I had asked for condiments on the side rather than on the sub (because the subs will get mushy). The manager wouldn't agree to my request but sighed, rolled eyes and proceeded to tell me the condiments must go on the subs. The manager didn't seem to grasp what I was saying, but took it like it was an inconvenience. At that point, I ended up leaving. I wanted to support a local business however I didn't feel confident in this manager getting the order correct and I didn't appreciate the attitude.
If you want a sub catering order, go to the Subway on Brant. You get the condiments on the side, great service and they even put other toppings as sides for no additional cost.
Unfortunately New Street Subway has lost my business.
Never had a problem at this location.. staff is friendly restaurant is clean..
These people are horrible, I have to cheap out on everything, they're completely rude, they're very stingy when it comes to making the sub, And they tried to charge extra If you want more toppings than what they are willing to give, ordering from them, you're better up going to the grocery store. I'm buying a loaf of bread and just eating it plain.

A very weird experience. Waited for around 10 minutes for someone to be at the counter. There was literally no-one. Even knocked at the employees only door and called for someone. Have never ever been to any store where nobody is available to make your order.

Horrible. If you want to pay for half the ingredients other locations put go ahead! They are also cheaping out on containers. No dressing on the side. Chose to mix my tuna with salad dressing and hot sauce. Also the portion of tuna given was maybe 1 tablespoon. Miserable staff.

The folks serving us ( most likely the owners ) did the job amazingly nice.Were really cheerful and with a smile on face.Very kind to the family as well.Thanks team.Anyone, looking for a subway nearby this area should consider visiting it.We like it!
