As someone who’s worked in customer service, the service from thus subway was extremely rude, just because your interaction time with customers is less doesn’t mean you can be rude, my younger brother was ordering and they didn’t ask him if he wanted it toasted, when he asks for it to be toasted there was already vegetables on it, the lady proceeds to laugh and say “I asked you”, I bet you wouldn’t have this attitude towards an adult. And she proceeds to say she can put it in the microwave, WHO PUTS A FRESH SUB IN THE MICROWAVE, please teach your employees how to be polite and respectful because that’s the least you can do

I visited this Subway location at around 7:30 in the evening, hoping for a simple, fresh meal. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing due to a serious lapse in hygiene and food handling practices.
As a vegetarian, I ordered a veggie sub and was shocked to see the staff member—specifically the girl taking my order—handle both vegetables and meat products with the same pair of gloves. Right in front of me, she touched the lettuce and then immediately began handling slices of ham, aligning them with her gloved hands without changing gloves or taking any precaution to avoid cross-contamination. It was not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable, especially for customers with dietary restrictions or allergies.
To add to the frustration, the bread used for my 6-inch sub was clearly smaller than the standard measurement. This might seem minor to some, but it felt like I wasn’t getting what I paid for.
Overall, this visit left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the food safety standards being followed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reinforces proper training and hygiene practices for the staff.

I just ate meatball sub look like the last leftover with no sauce only other bottom sauce . ALMOST $18 for a meatball sub combo after eating half hour massive stomach ache /diarrhea

Subway franchise should check this location. .Now I see all the reviews I think they are ripping people off on the prices i never paid almost $18 for a meatball sub combo . If I continue to be sick I will be contacting public health .scamming people owner at front taking orders and cash making subs too. I hope I feel better . Avoid this location leftover garbage .

Check your receipt!! I was charged a small bag fee for an extra dollar and charged for a bottle Pepsi when I wanted a fountain drink. I was refunded but I think they are scamming people because I had to ask for my receipt as they didn’t even offer me one. Scammers!

If i have to give them 0 start i would . I order veggie patty sub 12 inch, and the worker toasted the sub enough only for the cheese to melt, the frozen patty was still ice cold and that can only be confirmed after you take a bite, the worker working was neither empathetic or did anything to solve the issue, horrible service

Horrible location, avoid at all expense. I'm convinced they cut their bread loafs in half as the they are so much smaller than other locations. Also won't give you more than 4 tomato's, 5 pickles, 5 olives, etc. etc. They read it off a chart. The reason so many go to Subway is for the value and loaded sandwiches. This location is so incredibly cheap. And they didn't accept coupons Subway puts out but they will take orders via the app. What a joke, when all other locations in Burlington accept it. I know it's Subway and you can't expect much, but they can do so much better. It's still $15 bucks a foot long after takes, prices keep going up. It's clear the franchise owner is very frugal and doesn't care about the customer.

The older gentleman serving me gave me a hard time about giving me extra sauce on the side when other locations do it. He said it’s the amount of sauce they put on 6 subs…not in my opinion but I’m only the customer. Prefer other Burlington locations

I love that it's in a mall. That was cool did some shopping got hungry went to subway. But they hardly put any toppings On and when I asked For more they would maybe put another 2 pieces of chicken I had a. Foot long with 2 cucumber pieces.. Just annoying when you want to fill up. And also taste the flavor, also the toaster wasn't even toasting it just warmed my bread up. Last thing the people working were actually super nice I forgot one for my gifts there and one of them came after me to give it. Back. Only reason this is a 2 star review is because we go there for the food. And it just wasn't up to par with the other subways in the area, load those suckers up!! I want a SUB not a sandwich I can make those at home.

I placed an online order at the 777 Subway inside Burlington Central Mall. At the time of placing the order, multigrain bread was available, and the order went through successfully. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the staff informed me that multigrain bread was not available.
I requested to switch to another bread option, but instead of resolving the issue, the staff started giving me irrelevant excuses. Eventually, they outright refused to fulfill the order and told me to cancel it myself. I explained that the order was accepted and paid for, and since the issue was on their end, they should cancel it.
Despite my repeated requests, they neither canceled the order nor refunded my money. I was left without the food I paid for and no resolution. The staff even claimed they were just following what the manager instructed.
This was a frustrating and unacceptable experience. They took the money but refused to provide the service or a refund. I would strongly caution others about dealing with this location. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

This particular subway location in Burlington is the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had. The manager’s behavior was utterly disrespectful, and their focus was clearly on maintaining their own interests rather than addressing customer concerns. Instead of rectifying the issue on their end, they chose to blame the customer and refuse to refund the order. Instead of providing a satisfactory resolution, they opted to discard the food, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, they had the audacity to suggest that the customer contact corporate. After waiting for an excessive amount of time, approximately thirty minutes, to speak with the manager, I was not able to obtain a refund of $12 for a sub sandwich that had not been properly handled.
