This particular subway location in Burlington is the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had. The manager’s behavior was utterly disrespectful, and their focus was clearly on maintaining their own interests rather than addressing customer concerns. Instead of rectifying the issue on their end, they chose to blame the customer and refuse to refund the order. Instead of providing a satisfactory resolution, they opted to discard the food, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, they had the audacity to suggest that the customer contact corporate. After waiting for an excessive amount of time, approximately thirty minutes, to speak with the manager, I was not able to obtain a refund of $12 for a sub sandwich that had not been properly handled.

Why there is no zero stars and subway franchise not taking care of these guys i think they dont wanna do business anymore i ordered veggie delite and the veggies they put is like the country is dying with hunger so less they literally count the onions and then put it brampton subways are lot better

Worst experience I have ever had. The staff is very rude. I have placed a mobile order and asked for 3 sub with 2 same and 1 different and they made all 3 same and when I get back to them the guy who was Indian shows attitude that he won’t replace and he was not ready to accept his mistake and boy was like you guys received that in offer so we will not remake it. Not only this location providing offer it was showing on the app so all other subways having that offer. He was like all subway has this offer then why did you place order over here? Just tell him that’s its none of your business. Pathetic staff and worst subway experience. Also when I ask him if instead of me there will any of the canadian guy ,will you behave the same. So he said No. It means he was racist as well. As it is mentioned in the receipt as well. Do not go to this location ever. Punjabi boy who is working here is very rude.

If I could rate this place negative one million stars I would. Ngl I was excited to try three footlong items after I got Taco Bell. I’m not exaggerating when I say the pretzel and churro were ROCK solid. It was humorous. They were literally as hard as my dogs nylabone. I NEVER complain like this about food, but they genuinely tasted awful, the pretzel was weirdly salty, and the churro tasted bitter like pinesol or some cleaner. The cookie was stiff and had structural integrity; not what you want in a footlong cookie. I’ve had the cookie one other time at another location, so I know they’re normally delicious, but this location is wild and I URGE you not to go to it.

Extremely stingey with toppings and make you pay extra for everything. I had to pay extra for crispy onions and to have marinara sauce on my pizza sub…. Ridiculous.

The staff are friendly, but you get basically nothing on your sub. They put 3 leaves of spinach, and 2 slices of cucumber on a 6 inch sub, and when I asked for more I got 1 additional piece of cucumber.

So we get inflation sucks but if I'm paying $11 for a veggie sub, why are you adding barely any toppings. I'm not paying for bread. Give it a year max before they close. Do better.

I bought sub 4 to 5 times from this store but all the time I got disappointed by their service and bad food. I would suggest they to start selling bread instead of Sandwiches as while eating it feels like we are eating bread (No veggies or sauces). More importantly, the staff does not change their gloves as well. They just served me a veggie patty with the same gloves as they made a meat SUB. If Google allows for zero rating I would opt for that option!

They skimp on the toppings and give marginal amounts even when asked asked for more. When you pay 12 dollars for a wrap you shouldn’t get a “snack wrap” sized wrap.

I don't know why they are being this cheap but the subway quality is worse than any place I have ever been too. The staff is rude, trying to save on some veges, unhygienic does not change gloves and absolutely ignores there customers

Vegetarian options: It's just bread, it's costs them a lost too add veges so don't expect veges on your bread if you order it from here.

This is the absolute worst subway that I have visited. They are extremely cheap with all of their toppings. I asked for spinach and was given 8 small pieces of barely edible spinach. When I asked for more the response was that I would have to pay extra for extra toppings. The rest of the toppings were sparce to say the least and the sub was mainly bread and meat. I wouldn't recommend ever going here. The owner sits out front and watches the workers to make sure that they're being cheap. Awful management
