Decent, clean location, but they are unable to produce a good sandwich to order. Multiple times have we ordered online takeout only to open the subs up at home and notice they were wrong, missing ingredients, or just wrong ingredients & sauces were added. Other times the bread is clearly old and dried out and they regularly skimp on the ingredients too, many cost saving measures since they were bought out. It’s really sad, been going here since they opened and will be moving to Firehouse Subs instead.

Very clean and seems like they take care of their restaurant, tables were clean and everything looked great. The SteakNBacon was a lil expensive but was great I would say almost worth the price and the service was meh, the lady didn’t seem to care about her Job And seemed to not help much and didn’t really greet or thank me… Overall 4 Stars

I ordered FOOTLONG #24 CHIMICHURRI veggie sub , but i didn’t saw any chimichurri sauce in it , even though they were out of red onions and it was not updated on subway app.Totally disappointed from the service and food i got .

Worst subway I’ve been to. Absolutely zero protein or meat filling the sandwich. They cheap out and put lots of veggies. Felt like I was eating a salad rather than a sandwich. Washroom was very dirty and smelled horrible.

One of the cleanest Subways I've been to. I live in Milton and drive to this location because the Milton one is horrible and has a dirty staff. they wiped their nose with their hand and continued to serve me. Obviously I walked out of the Milton location and never went back.

I ordered delivery from this location on the subway website and only half the order came. When the delivery driver was asked about it, he said that is all the location told him, despite having clearly been charged and billed for the full amount and it being present on the stapled receipt. He said he would go back and get the remaining items and never came back. I also called the location and nobody picked up despite multiple attempts and instead of going to voicemail, there’s an automated message that says they haven’t set up voicemail yet. Completely ridiculous and I am out half my order and the extra money they charged for it.
Im so disappointed the the staff treated me and my granddaughter today at 5:15 pm. when we visited the store. I dont have to explain the whole situation but the owner should train this type of idots who have NO HUMAN FEELINGS WHAT SO EVER. I will not recommend anyone to go to this store. PS. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW MISERABLE STAFF IN THIS STORE. JUST READ REVIEWS
