WHO THE H IS RUNNING THIS PLACE? Absolutely terrible. Ordered a breakfast sub the sausage was literally frozen. Couldn't eat it and threw it away. Waste of money and food. This place should be shut down

I think their staff either is untrained or they do it on purpose . Look at my order in picture - no sauce nothing - just thrown a bunch of raw and dry veggies - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY

Guy has an attitude at the counter, asks for a tip before even making my sub. Then proceeded to but basically no ingredients on it after making me pay first. Vegetables looked rotted, and I am now sick from eating here. Staff are too lazy or cheap to restock the vegetables. Won't be back to this subway ever again.
It is usually pretty good food. My only complaint is that they don’t post their food inspection summary like EVERY other restaurant in Burlington- Makes people wonder why?
Horrible experience. Miserable use of veggies. Very poor customer service. I went there at 5pm 12th March whoever was serving, he was very lazy and didn't care about making the sub
Disappointing service. On 30 jan2025, Thursday, we visited there around 8:00pm. We ordered veggie patty subway double toasted bun. The girl who was working there, she did not double toast ,after mentioning two times. She forgot to add veggie patty, when we went back to her and asked can she add now, she rejected due to price difference. After that we asked to her, can she refund for this one and recharge for veggie patty subway but she told, she is able to do refund only, if we pay via cash. She did not suggest any way, instead of this, she showed attitude.
I think, she does not know, how to deal with customer service as how it can be possible to not get refund in subway.
Worst service ever. The girl was working here had a bad attitude. We visited around 8pm on Thursday, jan 30th. She should know what is customer service.

Decent, clean location, but they are unable to produce a good sandwich to order. Multiple times have we ordered online takeout only to open the subs up at home and notice they were wrong, missing ingredients, or just wrong ingredients & sauces were added. Other times the bread is clearly old and dried out and they regularly skimp on the ingredients too, many cost saving measures since they were bought out. It’s really sad, been going here since they opened and will be moving to Firehouse Subs instead.

Very clean and seems like they take care of their restaurant, tables were clean and everything looked great. The SteakNBacon was a lil expensive but was great I would say almost worth the price and the service was meh, the lady didn’t seem to care about her Job And seemed to not help much and didn’t really greet or thank me… Overall 4 Stars

I ordered FOOTLONG #24 CHIMICHURRI veggie sub , but i didn’t saw any chimichurri sauce in it , even though they were out of red onions and it was not updated on subway app.Totally disappointed from the service and food i got .

Worst subway I’ve been to. Absolutely zero protein or meat filling the sandwich. They cheap out and put lots of veggies. Felt like I was eating a salad rather than a sandwich. Washroom was very dirty and smelled horrible.
