Placed an online order, they messed up my order, so I called. Lady on the phone was extremely rude, hung up on my face. Incorrect order aside, the bread was all soggy, and there was barely any toppings AT ALL all. Not appetizing/appealing at all.

As a frequent customer, Iāve observed a noticeable shift in the portioning of toppings at this location. It feel like they are trying to cut down on their costs... The overall experience feels diminished. And this happened not just once. In contrast, my recent visit to the Appleby location reminded me of the standard Subway should strive forāa generously topped sub that aligns with customer expectations. I was pleased enough with that experience to leave a 15% tip.

I hope the rating is a zero! This local store is awful. There's this Indian guy that always seems rushed and stressed! I will never place an order here again. My order of six sandwiches received after 40 minutes of waiting. After I complained, the cashier cautioned me that I should wait on the line even though I had been told to sit down and wait for my order.
