Had a great experience at Subway. The staff was super polite and made my sub just the way I asked. Clean store, quick service, and delicious food.

What started off as a normal subway experience in the end turned awful. I order an extra sub as my child wanted it for his lunch the next day. I asked if I could have the lettuce, pickles and cucumbers on the side. The employee said no only the sauce can be on the side. Fine I took two subway sauces on the side. We ate inside the restaurant once done I grab the sub and sauces and accidentally dropped the sauce containers one cracking and the other landing upside down with an open lid. I asked the employee for new sauce explaining it was an accident and she refused new sauce so I had no choice but to get a new container to put the broken one in. I again stated it was an accident and she proceeded to say she can't give new sauce because of management. Accidents happen and being customer oriented goes a long way. This is a one time visit and I will never visit this location again because of such poor service over 20 cents worth of sauce.

I place my order online on subway app by mistake i place order in Burlington instead of Kitchener location and after placing order within 1 min i start to contact the store but they didn’t receive my calls i was dialled more than 7 times after 10 min i call again and they received my call and told me order is ready..
I request for refund but they told me that order is already ready so we can’t back u money, but i already start dialling to store but thay didn’t received my calls so it’s their mistake not mine..
I also request to talk with manager but they told me he is not in office you can call tomorrow..
I need my refund back then i can appreciate your work..

I was so hungry I went there to eat and all I had on me was $100cash when I wanted to pay after the sandwich was done she told me she doesn't have change for $100 I don't know what kind of restaurant that doesn't have $100 change

Was given incorrect information prior to ordering which was then switched after ordering. Whilst it may have been a mistake, I’m turned off from ever returning.

The manager lady was extremely rude, unprofessional and lacking basic skills how to talk to people. We had a very bad experience. Please avoid at all cost. On top of that, the food was not fresh and thry made you feel bad or stupid for asking for toppings that you paid for by the way.They need to learn how to treat people like humans before they operate a business. I'm surprised at the good comments, but when you read them carefully they sound fake as if the employees writing up their reviews. Do yourself a favor: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Got to love when you go in to get a wrap and they complain. There's too much on it and they can't close it when I have done it many times like that.
They packed it up and let me folded it myself in my car. Well maybe I should work at Subway because I folded it up perfectly. No issue at all. Clearly with her s***** attitude and a creepy man. Just staring over hovering. She is useless at her job .
Shouldn't matter how many vegetables you put on. I am paying for the wrap.
If you're that unhappy with your job, go get a new one.
I definitely should have brought wrap back in and showing her how to properly do it. Terrible customer service

I was there today December 11 @ 4:15pm The food is just ok.To the owner please tell the Indian guy working there to smile in customers faces and show some friendly attitude because the moment I walked in I got the impression that this guy hates his job so much and doesn’t like customers spending money there!Definitely wouldn’t be spending a penny at this miserable store again!

I eat here almost once a week for the past 1.5 years. Its reliably predictable in quality. The employees are fast and the subs well packed, but don't seem to be enjoying working here much.
The app didn't let me chose the size or toppings and I had to call . Then the sub ended up having way to much sauce
Vegetarian options: I get the veggy sub most of the time and im not even a vegetarian, it's really good, many options of sauce and veggies and they load it o.

Horrible experience! Took a take out of their goddess veggie sandwich. When I opened the bad when I reached work, the whole sandwich was so stale. The avacado smelt so bad and the veggies were soggy!
