Kuntal and Inder are a great team at the Fortino’s Subway on Guelph Line in Burlington! As a regular who goes there once or twice a week, they have my order memorized and are always so friendly and efficient. The pair are a dynamic duo who work effectively together like a well-oiled machine. I look forward to seeing them when I go in as they greet me with a big smile and are consistently pleasant and professional. Both of them are lovely ladies and hard workers who keep the place clean the atmosphere positive and inviting. Quite literally the best subway left in Burlington. Such great customer service, nice workers and the food is always great and fresh. Love this place.

We presented our coupons before ordering, as is their policy. Coupons were inspected and we were told which subs to choose from. We were using the buy a foot long and get a 6-inch for $1. When we went to pay, the coupon wouldn’t work. They said it could be since the date on the coupon just started that day (doesn’t make sense). Manager/owner was called on the phone and said there was nothing she could do. We paid the full price knowing it wasn’t this young girl’s fault (and our toasted subs were getting cold) and went back the next day to talk in person and again was told there’s nothing they can do. Do you not think that if there’s a malfunction with coupon (which was presented in advance), that the customer should not be the one to pay? We wouldn’t have bothered ordering the extra sub if we’d known. Will not be going to this location anymore.

I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub at this subway and the artist looked straight into my eyes and proceeded to pull down his pants and claim that "here is your sub, and 2 big meatballs" (i ordered a 6inch not a 6 millimeter beater)

This Subway is part of the Fortinos building and I've come here few times. Its an average location but my issue is that they never have the bread I'd like and seem to "run out of" ingredients in the middle of the day. Yellow lettuce is also not that great. Penny wise, pound foolish.
