Went for lunch with my daughter. The young girl building my sub thought it was a better idea to wear her earbuds than to listen to what I was saying. I had to yell multiple times, drowning out another customer just to order my food. Once we finally received our subs, it was completely ruined with the amount of salt she put on. Do yourself a favour and find a different subway.

The server couldn't understand basic English. I had to repeat my toppings multiple times, and I asked for broccoli soup which she packaged before I could check.
When I opened my soup, I had gotten Chicken noodle.
Very Disappointed.

My 3 year old son and I went into this location for a treat yesterday. One of the staff members had a warm genuine smile and was admiring my son. She did something really kind for him. I won’t say what it was in case other expect the same thing but thank you for that act of kindness!

Very very rude staff!!! Cheap wuth toppings. You have to literally keep saying more please. And tells us we cant have olives or sauces on side! Meanwhile all the other sub joints have no problem!! Try being friendly.. ya!?

went in to get our usual subs; order made and getting ready to cash out and collect rewards and use a few rewards. i’m told “our network is slow” “it’s been this way all day” when i asked what can be done - “nothing, but our network can process your credit card”. ella’s a short family mtg when i returned / we are jumping to Mr Sub going forward

It’s 26th Feb and it’s 7:03 pm Firstly the Guy on shift was so slow that we literally died of hunger then we requested that we are eating in store and that we will but 2 more foot longs to take for our kids and we would like to pay all together. To this a lady present at the counter very very rudely mentioned that we NEED to PAY FIRST . Is this what this brand does to gain their customers trust ? How cheap they made us feel is beyond words . This team should absolutely not be part of a brand and I want apology from the brand to disgrace me and embarrassing in front of other customers.
I've never left a review ever after eating at a restaurant before. I ordered the Little Italy and The Suprimo, and man I wish I took photos earlier. Our submaker was extremely kind, and offered us recommendations and sauces. Overall an amazing place, definitely recommend.

Bought nuggets was burnt n dry soft drinks tasted more like water.I had to get my order after waiting for 20 min.Service is very poor of under staff.
