Ordered online, proper instructions, didn’t even make the sandwich properly, no grilled, cold as anything, may be staff is new but definitely you lost a long time customer. Anyone going there, please avoid, lost all expectations of online ordering, I don’t trust them anymore

Ordered a 3 foot veggie delite, specifically asked for flatbread with habanero cheese and 4 different sauces. If the staff or the management can spot that order hiding somewhere in this sandwich, please let me know. It’s just a veggie roll on some mystery bread, sauced with disappointment.

In the last year or so all my experiences at this location have been excellent the portions are good and the bread is fresh.
I think it has newer ownership from about a year ago i think
i can see a difference from my first review 3 years ago i think it may have had a few diffent owners in that time.
The latest management/owners and employees are doing a good job in my in my opinion, if the bad reviews are over a year old they may not be relevant anymore

O went there and food quality was 0 absouletly bad After a day i ate there my body was not ok, service was terrible as the person just wanted to complete the order and get the money.

Went for lunch with my daughter. The young girl building my sub thought it was a better idea to wear her earbuds than to listen to what I was saying. I had to yell multiple times, drowning out another customer just to order my food. Once we finally received our subs, it was completely ruined with the amount of salt she put on. Do yourself a favour and find a different subway.

The server couldn't understand basic English. I had to repeat my toppings multiple times, and I asked for broccoli soup which she packaged before I could check.
When I opened my soup, I had gotten Chicken noodle.
Very Disappointed.
