I haven't always had the best experience at this location due to some less than nice interactions in the past, but tonight was genuinely one of the best times i've had here.
A young lady was working around 9:20-9:40 pm on Jan 17th, and she was all smiles and genuinely so nice to interact with. Listened to my order, got everything right, and it tastes great! Other employees should definitely look up to her. I'd be surprised if she isn't a service manager!
Will come again, hopefully I'll see her again so we can chat more haha

I visit this Subway quite often, and my experience wasn’t always great in the past. However, things completely changed after I interacted with one of the staff members who usually works in the evenings. On Friday, January 2nd, and again on Saturday, January 3rd, around 8:10–8:15 p.m., she served me, and both times she was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely sweet, polite, and has such a calm, positive demeanor. She really listens to what you ask for, responds kindly, and makes the sub with so much care and attention. The subs she made were honestly some of the best I’ve had, and her customer service stood out in the best way. Employees like her truly make a difference and turn an average visit into a great experience. She deserves recognition for her hospitality and hard work.

Place is ok. Staff was not wearing hair nets but wearing gloves. Multigrain bread was not fresh, taste weird and was hard. Staff toasted it only for 6 sec. And stopped in between which was not good. Subway needs to pay attention. Thanks

I have been to this location before, but my recent visit was very disappointing ( Wed, Dec 24 at 02:35 PM ) The lady making my sub had a rude attitude and seemed irritated by basic requests. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and I hope the owner improves staff training and hiring going forward. I will try to contact head office .

Please avoid this Subway location. I am a regular subway customer and unfortunately I been to this location today ( Dec 20, 8:48 PM) and I am never ever going there again. I asked for a 6 inch teriyaki sub and asked her to add extra cheese. While she was adding it she told me it will be extra cost which i was fine ( though no other location charged me extra, for extra cheese as i dont go for all toppings), and asked how much. She then told me it will cost me the price of a Teriyaki Crunch which is CAD 1.50 extra for two slices of cheese !!! I politely told her thats not worth and other location never charged me. She was arguing with me and to my surprise she kept back the extra slice back to the cheese tray which already touched the chicken and the bread..!!! Common... you want a vegetarian to eat the cheese that touched the chicken !! I never seen someone do this..These are not subway standards. On top of this she just wrapped the sub and gave it in a napkin and i asked for a bag and she mentioned, they ran of out bag and gave in a plastic bag..!!The subway was deserted and I should have avoided this!!

Ordered and paid for subs online, went to pickup but learned they don't have veggies patties and have been out for a while. Just got them without. Not the particular locations fault. Subways system. Veggies patties were for someone else so let's just say they weren't too pleased but I survived.

We had lunch from this location and we ordered online and we choose an option of grill subs but when I went to pick up my order they told me that there is no longer any grill option available if that’s true then why was it avaliable online ?? Also the worst subway sandwich I have ever had the quality of everything was the worst.
This place is in the main road, but hidden. Good fast and professional service. Very helpful staff.

October 4th I went to this location for dinner in the evening. The young lady that worked there was super friendly. As she was making my sub we had a nice conversation. I'm definitely going back and hopefully she will be there. I highly recommend going here!

No way I was refused to use bathroom when I was there picking my order just because they were done cleaning it.
