Second edit - I went back to this location to place a take-out order on Friday. The young lady that served us was very sweet. Our order was correct, excellent portions, I got gravy! I also ordered pie again and the slices were the size I expected them to be. The food was hot and very tasty. Thank you Swiss Chalet for reaching out in the first place and for making a bad experience into a good one. I adjusted my star rating to reflect that. See you next time. :)

Disappointed with my take out order. ☹️ I ordered through the app. My husband got a half chicken dinner which he said was fine. I, on the other hand, had a NOT fine meal. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich and got 2 slices of bread and some chicken. No gravy AT ALL! So basically what I got was a dry chicken sandwich. Such a sad offering. I also ordered coconut cream pie for dessert and what I got was a very thin sliver. Certainly not worth the $5+ spent for a tiny piece of pie. It felt like the whole thing was money wasted.

Brant at the North service Rd. Completely redesigned. I loved the old setup and felt the new setup would not be as interesting. Took my girlfriend there for her Birthday. She loved the new look. It was quiet. That alone made the new place feel comfy to sit and eat.

If you are an old time Swiss Chalet lover…do NOT go here! Now I know why they reduced this place to 1/4 of the size it used to be. Because the food is awful and nobody goes here! We usually go to the one on Fairview but decided to give this one a try. Big mistake!! We ordered two Pepsi’s and they came to the table flat with no fizz at all!! He brought new glasses….same problem!! So he brought us bottles of Pepsi instead. Our food comes and it is just ALL WRONG! We are not ones to complain but felt this needed to be addressed. The chicken didn’t taste anything like Swiss Chalet. It almost tasted like BBQ chicken…kinda smoky. It was gross! The fries were waaay undercooked with most of them being shiny and translucent. And the sauce…..oh the ever famous chalet sauce that we love was a train wreck. It wasn’t even the same color that we are accustomed to. It had a very odd taste and was soooo watery! Our waiter never once came back to even see how everything was!! When he finally did come back with the bill I asked him if all Swiss chalets have the same recipes. He said yes but that they used different ovens than the other ones. I don’t know what makes their oven so different but do everyone a favour and get rid of those ovens and go back to the old ones. We paid our bill in full, left full plates of food on the table and left. I will NEVERRRR go back to this location again!! This is NOT the normal Swiss chalet that we have come to love! I hate to admit it but I eat a lot of Swiss chalet. This was….probably…..the worst meal I’ve ever eaten in my life. I will NOT be back!! Do yourself a favour and drive 5 minutes over to the 2200 Fairview Street location. Been going there for years and never had a bad meal! Wait staff is also fabulous over there. $50 wasted as we left hungry! Do better Swiss Chalet….if you can even call yourself that! I gave the food one star….only because I couldn’t give it the zero stars that it deserved!

It was our first time at this location as we were heading to NF and traffic was terrible so decided to stop by. The food was delicious and great atmosphere. Kinsey M our waitress provided us excellent service. She was quick, knowledgeable and efficient. She is a great asset to Swiss Chalet

Although my online order was not at the store I ordered it from the manager was exthelpful and made the order immediately and was gracious to correct the error. I paid for it and was in and out of the Brant St location within 15 minutes. Great service I will return to this store again

Most recently I was helped by Tasos, who is as good a server as any.
We love this new quaint Swiss chalet location! We had exceptional service from Tasos and the food was great a usual.

Just had a great dinner with my young son at Seiss Chalet (Brant St and North Service Rd) in Burlington. What stood out was the service. Tasos handled the crowd beautifully... so polite, thanking guests for their patience, always kind, speaking to the kids to get their order. And he and Margaret managed to get food out quickly. What a nice experience!
