I saw so many health violations in my two seconds of waiting in line for food that I was shocked this restaurant is still operating. The manager had no gloves on touching food, picked his nose and drank a coffee and then continued to put fresh fries into the fryer. Another employee dropped the quesadilla cutter and continued to use it on someone’s food. As a past employee of Taco Bell in high school it’s super embarrassing how this company is being run and the employees have next to know food handling training and can correctly put together an item on the menu. For these reasons I can no longer support my favourite fast food chain. This is not worth becoming severely ill from the lack of health consciousness and the food board needs to shut this place down.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Staff is unbelievably rude I seriously don’t know how any of them got jobs and keep them. The girl at the cash register has her phone on the counter infront of her and she’s texting/scrolling while barely paying attention to the customers trying to order, not to mention her awful attitude. I’m really not one to complain but this was horrible service.

The worst! Do not give your hard earned cash to this dishonest and deceitful franchise.
$50 spent on delivery for 4 items:
-Cantina chicken bowel
-Nachos supreme
-Big crunch wrap with ground beef
-Cinamon twists
Both the Nachos Supreme and Big Crunch wrap had approximately 1 TEASPOON of ground beef. What an friggin ripoff and disappointment! Even the 99 cent beef tacos 20 years ago had more beef. Big crunch wrap was missing the crunchy tostada shell and sour cream. Chicken cantina bowl was bland, even with 4 sauce packets.

Missing ingredients, small portions, bland taste! I wouldn't pay $20 for this garbage, let alone $50. The franchise owner should be held accountable. NEVER AGAIN!

Just because the mall is good, the rating is 5 Star for the atmosphere.

The staff is rude, the service is slow and the food sucked. The taco shell was stale and everything was bland. Wouldn't spend a dime at Taco Bell again.

NEVER EVER order from this location on delivery apps. Our food came and it was dismal. We couldn't pick up the hard taco because it was wet and falling apart. The fries supreme was actually nachos and the chalupa had no maybe 4 morsels of meat. I'm not sure how they get away with this but it's truly awful.

Didn't get to eat there they closed early. Was racing there before they closed. The escalator was broken so it took me longer but thought I was ok. The girl was brief with me saying flatly were closed. 8.50 they close at 9
