Love the coffee, atmosphere and even service up until now. The new gentleman who is mostly here on weekends at least, has no courtesy of speaking or serving.
While taking order didn’t ask “for here or to go” and served in a go cup. We ordered a croissant which he sort of threw on the counter. This was last weekend. Today, I came back here to find him there again and chose to go down a block to tribecca which has always been my second choice. Historically my favourite place, I hope it’s my fav again.

I’ve tried this place a few times now because it’s in a convenient location for me, but I’m so done with going. I don’t think I’ve ever had such consistently poor service somewhere. The one barista, who is usually working, makes it feel like you’re the greatest inconvenience coming to get a coffee.
Cozy. Busy but no lineups. Nice place to catch up with friends.

I live in BC now but was here visiting family and wanted to take my partner to a good coffee shop before a run on the lakeshore trail. Tamp was an old fav of mine when I lived in Ontario. However, I was disappointed— the tattooed girl’s energy was comically unpleasant, as if we were inconveniencing her to do her job. We sat and drank our Matcha (which were great), but also awkwardly laughed about how bad the service was.

Good coffee!
Only one barista but I can tell he is working hard and serving good coffee! Only thing is the place is noisy with people talking loudly like a party 😅

Used to come here a lot but lost my business today. Two croissants,1 iced lattes and an espresso for $27? On top of that the staff seem like they don’t want to be there.

Terrible customer service. Rude staff and mediocre coffee. I’ve given it a few chances in hopes it would be better but it never is. So many other better coffee shops in Burlington to go to instead of this one.

Amazing coffee!
I’m disappointed:( I came here around 2:00. I ordered an ice americano and a vanilla ice latte. Both were extremely strong and bitter that we couldn’t drink it. My ice latte also had no vanilla. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to come back:( not the fault of the staff I am juts disappointed:(
