Your hours say you're open but you're not. I drove all the way here for my dinner and you're closed. Waste of time and gas which is expensive! Not happy!!

Poor experience, I asked for chicken pad Thai with no bean sprouts no tofu and usually in the past they would substitute with more noodles. They said it’s new policy now due to the rise in costs..however I’m saving them money by not giving me the two additional ingredients..they wanted me to pay more for more noodles..this was already $12.75. Won’t be eating here again, such a tiny portion for a lot of money. Photo is exactly as given.

RUDE! Why advertise items you don't offer? Wasn't listening to what I was asking, telling me I had to order first while I was telling her what I was looking for, item came up on register monitor, told her I wanted that item, she responded by saying she couldn't see... How do you expect to get business when you are that rude? The flyer I received listed the item and the location so horrible advertising from head office also... or maybe good advertising to get people in, but once people find out they went there for nothing, they won't be ordering anything else. Good thing I was in a food court, ran right to Koya, so much better food and service.

Used to really enjoy this branch of Thai Express as their food was always on point. Went yesterday post pandemic and their quality has taken a severe hit. I ordered the basil chicken and the aubergine was most definitely not meant to be consumed (see pic), it looked spoiled. Chicken is forever simmering in boiling water....The Tom yum soup was scalding water (the plastic lid melted!) and lacked flavour. This is a place we used to LOVE coming to, sad to see it's decline. Won't be coming back again.

Love the pad Thai. Just wish they would stay open long enough for people to be done work and get food. Every time I go they’re closed. Change your hours not to 7pm so people know not to attempt the mall

I order their curries on a regular basis. The quality is consistent with other Thai Express locations I've been to, and the couple running the place are always friendly.

Don't ever order here it's the absolute worst Pad Thai.Noodles are dried and chicken is as if it's been sitting under heat lamps for hours so dry and chewy. Not Pad Thai at all!!! Heard great things about this place only to be extremely discouraged. Try it yourself and see. No wonder their reviews are so bad!

I ordered a mild Pad Thai and they gave me spicy and then argued with my daughter insisting that I ordered spicy when we both can't handle any kinds of spice, so then I took it back to handle it and before they agreed to give me a new one the lady started eating out of my previous order right in front of me...

Bad experience after my wife ordered soup. She carried it in a bag to the mall table to eat only to find that the plastic bowl was defective and almost all the soup leaked into the bag. She took it back to show them and they respoded by giving her a styrofoam bowl to to pour it into.....thanks a lot.

This wasn't Pad Tai it was a shameful dried beansprouts and dried chicken doused with so much sodium it was like eating a salt lick. Would never order from here again. Totally disappointed! Couldn't even eat half of it as it was so dried out and salty!

Adding to the other negative reviews which I don't like to leave. However, as an employee with a short lunch break I called to preorder my food so that it would be ready by the time I got there. Upon calling, the staff answered the phone with "hello?" so I assumed I had the wrong number, but upon clarification it was Thai express. I had asked to put in a phone order for pickup and was told "no". I had to go in and place an order and wait or use a delivery app because they just don't do phone orders. I called a neighbouring Thai Express literally less than a km away and they stated they did phone orders, and had no idea why they didn't do it at other location. With the poor customer service I received, I will not ever go to this location. The food and service was fantastic at the other Burlington location.

A horrible choice, do yourself a favor and avoid this shack. There are plenty of better choices in the food court. I could probably live with the mediocre food and the language barrier, but the rudeness!! My son wanted some water so I sent him to ask for a cup, he came back with tears in his eyes saying the mean lady said no! This is from the same server where we had just ordered his meal! I then got up to ask for it myself, and I was again told "No!" without shame! It was only when I reminded them that by law they must provide water to anyone ordering food, that they gave me a tiny cup filled with doubtfully drinkable water from the running tap cooling the ingredients tray. Disgusting service and experience. Never again.
