Went on a Sunday , 1 pm . Wanted to get baked goods for my son’s lunch ( buns , scones ) . There just a line up of empty racks , with 3 loaves of whole wheat bread and one single Chibata bun ?!? Never been here before, never coming back. Why not bake more, workers were chatting and cleaning - go back and start baking ? Competition will bury you.

Very disappointed with the quality and service of the cakes in this bakery. I've ordered throughout the years. A number of Italian rum cakes which were great. However, the last rum cake I ordered didn't even have rum in it. Furthermore, they had screwed up on the decorations on the cake. When confronting the bakery about the fact that the cake was not a rum cake which had no rum or rum flavor unlike many of the rum cakes I've purchased from them before. The manager didn't even want to listen to my justification as to why it wasn't a rum cake which then prompted me to immediately express how I really felt and walk away. No apology and no concern for customer service. Never will buy another cake from this place again!
Breads, desserts, pizza, hot lunch table, sausage rolls…everything is so good. Great service too. This is my neighbourhood fresh bakery.

Great little bakery, don't let the size fool you. They have huge assortment of Italian frozen dinners, condiments, pickled items and a large selection of deli meats and sweets. Of course they also have fresh baked breads.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and very welcoming. We bought tuna sandwich, Portuguese tart and 2 foccacia loafs.
Everything was delicious. Highly recommend checking them out.
