This was our first visit to Burlington, and we decided to have dinner here. The place is a lovely English style pub with quite typical pub fare and it was good. I found our server especially helpful and her advice on menu options were excellent. She was able to give us good advice on ingredients in dishes and her help was appreciated. Service was friendly and quick. Overall, and excellent place to eat.

Absolutely brilliant pub dripping with character. Feels like its been around for a century, rather than being a modern addition to the neighbourhood. Great patio too.

If you’re looking for a fun, busy place to be in DT Burlington on a Saturday night, this is it. Especially when there’s live music, which is always a good time!

Overall, not bad. The atmosphere inside is very cozy, although there was a strange fish smell, which was a bit off-putting. Maybe everyone was just ordering fish that day, I don’t know. I don’t think I would come back for a meal, but I might come back to grab a beer on the patio.
