Tuna tartar was very good. Beet salad was good. The filet and lobster was very good, the ribeye special was very good

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Eddie V's. I've had a stream of disappointing meals lately at alleged "upscale" restaurants. And nothing against Darden restaurants, but I can't say my time and money at their other brands have been particularly well spent. However, Eddie V's surprised and delighted us. The front-of-house introduction and subsequent seating left a bit to be desired (plus, no coat check?). The service was good, not exceptional. I chalked that up to a younger server who is still inexperienced and finding their confidence, so I wasn't too disappointed. The food, on the other hand, was exceptional. The crab, lobster, and steak were all prepared and cooked well. It has been a long time since I've had every dish come out of the kitchen without issue, which was awesome. After dinner, the manager stopped and gave my wife and me a gift for our date night, which sealed the deal that we'd be back in the future. I appreciated the thought and consideration Eddie V's provided.

My husband and I celebrated Thanksgiving dinner at Eddie V's. We started with Jumbo Shrimp for an appetizer. The bread and butter they served was delicious. The Filet mignon is what we both ordered for our entree along with sides mashed potatoes and asparagus. The atmosphere was lovely, decorated for Christmas. Our waitress Sarah was so professional yet so much fun to interact with. We were going to my daughters afterward so we did not experience the dessert menu. It was a wonderful time!!!

Great experience. Food was delicious. Loved the waygu dumplings and the calamari appetizer. Main course was a mixture of seafood and meat. Ribeye was cooked perfectly. Shrimp and crab entree was good. Banana foster was amazing.

My mom and I had a great meal at Eddie V's on Thanksgiving. The waiter, Clev, was terrific and just the right amount of attentive. The food was delicious!

Absolutely Amazing experience at Eddie V`s Burlington. We Celebrated two birthday parties at our table of six. The food as always was great. The Lobster Tacoas are filled with Lobster. The Steak Tartare is made Table SIde and is perfectly prepared. Our Ribeye Steaks and Filets were cooked exactly how we like it. Our server , Matt, was professional, friendly and knowledgable about the food and wine. The drinks and Wine list are spot on. Great Ambiance, Food and Sevice. It is one the Best Restaurants in the Boston Area. Chuck and Denise

Food was excellent..service was exceptional ! Cocktails, bread, appetizer,, main course were perfectly timed; we never felt rushed but also never felt that we had to sit and wait for the next course.
We always have an awesome time at the restaurant. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The food is outstanding. Looking forward to my next trip.

Never a less than fantastic experience here. The filet melts in your mouth, salmon, oysters and salads are delicious, desserts are yummy and just the right size. Service is pretty much impeccable.
