Finally got around to trying this place today for lunch after hearing good things online. It was excellent! The owner couldn’t have been nicer - fries were cooked perfectly in beef tallow and the curds were squeaky and fresh.

I asked for double curds but he wasn’t kidding when he said it wasn’t necessary - they give a very generous serving.

I’ll absolutely be back - the best poutine I’ve had outside of Quebec in a very long time!
