First time at the new location. Ordered the Aloha salmon bowl - great presentation and a balance taste. The salmon did not smell fishy and ingredients were fresh! Also ordered the Salmon and Spicy Tuna hand roll - did not disappoint. I’m definitely coming.

This is our first time ordering from their new location. We ordered the sushi party platter. We ordered the Sudhi roll party tray with 38 pieces, and it was really good. My family and I were decently impressed and happy with our order:)

We ordered a sushi roll party tray, mango salad and seaweed salad for our family for dinner this evening. When we got home we noticed that everything (except the seaweed salad) is drenched in mayonnaise. The mayo salad is a sliced mango over top coleslaw, not a bed of lettuce as it shows in the picture and then has half of bottle of mayonnaise over top. The rolls are all covered in mayo, even the dragon roll. The website makes no mention of mayonnaise and has pictures of the items showing zero mayo. I called in and they said that’s how they make the food and that they can’t add pictures with mayo on them because then it would be hard to see the product. I never write reviews but am beyond annoyed. They offered nothing, not even an apology the food is inedible unless you really REALLY love mayo. We will not be ordering from them ever again. Be warned.
I ordered a sushi using Uber eats and my order was completed not what I was hoping for. The avocado was black and smelling bad. Frustrating.

i absolutely love sushi asano, i used to go to them every year for my birthday and im so happy they’re back! the service is always so kind and the people are lovely i really do recommend!

My wife and I got their big party tray to celebrate her birthday. The fish smelt so much, some of it not even just smelling fishy, but some of it smelt like manure. After eating 2-3 pieces, we had to throw out the entire party tray. Slimy, rotten taste. The only part of the sushi that felt edible was maybe the rice. We still both are sick this morning, with non stop bathroom runs.
Definitely a big downgrade from when it was an all you can eat restaurant. Will never be returning.

This place is a reboot of the old location from Millcroft Plaza. It’s an Express only. As much as I was disappointed that the original location closed, I was happy to see it come back down the street. However, I will not go back after the first visit. The quality has disappeared. I wouldn’t even call it “Sushi”. The Salmon is minced inside the rolls, the rice is regular white rice and does not stick to the rolls and the most alarming issue we had was my wife’s Chicken Rolls where made with a sharp bone the size of a nickel. My wife almost choked before spitting it out. A very serious safety concern with complete loss of quality in the food, shows this place re-opened with a plan to use the cheapest quality of foods. We both compared the quality to the same type you’d find at Longos, but here you pay double the price. I know Sushi, this place doesn’t make sushi. Try it yourself, but don’t expect any quality whatsoever.

I went here the other night and it’s safe to say I enjoyed it. The portion size for my burrito was well and the price was reasonable. Some of the other food that was for other members of my party was a bit small, so I would take that into consideration before ordering. However, the staff were incredible and welcoming. Would definitely come back.
