The burgers are always juicy and cooked well. Hand punched fries are delicious... and they are bottomless so just keep asking for more!

Worst burger I ever had. We ordered 3 different burgers, the patty had a competition with the bun on who is the driest. We had poutine as well but the gravy was not good (some said it was disgusting). Ketchup bottles dirty, table sticking and the carpet smell like a wet dog. Service was nice and after I complained I got a coupon for 2 free burgers (I rather had them take of my bill as I will never go back there) needles to say that I don't recommend this place.

The Works has soooo many options to choose from....even for me, as a vegetarian! A great family spot with plenty to eat and drink. Ann is a great server, too, if you get to pick a section. 😊

Didn’t want to cook tonight, felt like having burgers. I had the Blues Burger, my husband had the Smokey. Onion rings with our burgers. The meat and cheese were fine, it would have been nice to have some veggies like the standard lettuce, onion and tomatoes. The picture at least shows lettuce on the burger. The picture of the onion rings was complete with dips. Rings were a bit too greasy and No dips on take out. Bill with tip was $63. A bit much for mediocre burgers. Probably won’t have their food again. Disappointed.

Our server was pleasant the food was ok, and the restaurant felt old and dated, and in need of a deep clean and a paint job.

If you don't go there.. you're missing out a bloody good burger

This is at least our 5th time here. Today's visit was disappointing at best. The die cut fries were not available, and the lettuce on the burgers was yellow/white - not even a hint of green. I could hear the waitress tell the another customer that they didn't get their order until Monday. I guess the solution is not to eat here on Sundays.

This is our 2nd time visiting the Works Burger in Burlington.

However, my wife can not make up her mind due to various burger selections in the menu.

Our server Nancy introduced us patiently and gave us some recommendations in a professional and warm manner.

She is nice, friendly and enthusiastic, making us enjoy a great dinner experience although it's very snowy outside at the main street!
