The Works Craft Burgers & Beer

Pretty damn good food, but my server today was an 11/10. Answered all questions about ingredients for dietary concerns. Courteous, cheerful, and not afraid to hold a small chat. Will find an excuse to come back here, sooner than later.

Everything was 10/10 as usual! I've went a few times, they're burgers are so fresh and they fries are nice and crispy and salty too! You should bring back that burger that had the chips on it.

nice restaurant right downtown. kids meals were good sized and had ice cream at the end. fries were plentiful and crispy. burger was delicious ( blue cheese ). will go back. fyi after 6 can park on the street for free

Very prompt and courteous staff. burger choices are very wide spread. my blue cheese burger blew my mind. will be back for it again asap. onion rings were very crunchy and satisfyingly delicious

We ordered online through their website to be delivered. It was 20 minutes late so I phoned the restaurant. Apparently it hadn’t been picked up yet!! I asked them to contact the driver and they were unable to do that because it is all to do with head office. They said they had no idea when it would be picked up!!!! I was given the choice to wait or have my money refunded. I chose to the latter given that no delivery time was available. The food is delicious (at least in Niagara Falls) but we were so disappointed (and hungry) with this particular store.

Very disappointed at how poorly handled a situation at the works on brant st was on Thursday September 11th. Not kid friendly at all. The managers response was “well don’t come back” . Some customer service training to the staff at this location would be beneficial.

One of our favorite premium burger restaurants!!
We have visited several Works Restaurants locations, and the Burlington location was excellent.
Our server, Ann, was amazing. The restaurant itself was clean and the atmosphere was great.
If you are planning a visit,bring your appetite!!

Our family loved going to the Works however they recently changed the menu and no longer have the Impossible patty. Since we are not a fan of the offerings of the new menu and we cannot order the similar burger that we loved ( Nacho libre) we were very disappointed. I hope they bring the older options and the patty selection.

The burgers are always juicy and cooked well. Hand punched fries are delicious... and they are bottomless so just keep asking for more!
