This place gives fast and efficient service. Whether you want egg and sausage muffin combo or crispy chicken rice bowl with coffee and garlic pastry, the staff work quickly to give you food and drink. That helps to satiate one's hunger in good time.

I went to Tim Hortons at Brant street and ordered my usual favorite coffee. There, I met someone named Marion Crook who works there. I was really surprised after she provided the service, seeing the smile on her face and how humble she was. She truly made me feel as if I had known her for years, even though it was the first time I’d ever seen her. She was extremely classy and down-to-earth in her behavior. Afterward, I told her, “You are a fantastic employee,” and then I found out that she is actually the manager there. This shocked me even more because typically, when someone reaches a certain level in their job, there’s usually a bit of arrogance or a different way of interacting with others. Often, they try to hold themselves on the same level as everyone else. But with her, I can’t say anything except that she’s truly a wonderful person. There’s such a sense of comfort and happiness I feel every time I visit, to the point where I go just to experience the elegance of her service. She is very genuine and classy, and I truly enjoy interacting with her. I wish her all the best. This particular branch holds a special place in my heart, and I really love it. Thank you so much to her, her team, and all the employees there. You are all truly amazing!

3 days in a row now I've had my coffee order messed up...why am I getting steeped teas for a double double order?
I use the mobile ordering feature and honestly, why have it? I order 15 minutes away and the order still is never ready when I get there and the lineup moves 3 times through before I'm even acknowledged.
Teach your workers how to read English or don't hire them.

The drive through speaker was not working, I waited for 5 minutes and no one responded. I pulled up to the window and explained the situation to the woman at the drive through and she said they don’t take orders at the window and told us we have to drive around and go back in line. I drove off and parked and went to order in person. I asked for the manager and the employees lied and said the can’t give me the name of the manager. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at tim hortons and I will be calling corporate to file a complaint. This is extremely poor customer service. DO NOT come to this Tim Hortons and waste your time and money. Whoever was working drive through at 3:00pm on August 22nd 2024 needs to be reprimanded or retrained.

One of the problems with Tim Hortons is that they serve you in a hurry, they don't even let you think about what you're going to order. They should also keep the bread area covered, because flies get in there.

I stopped in yesterday for a coffee and the Manager Marion couldn’t have been nicer to me.
She helped me with my app and I ended up with a free large coffee. She was great
I t was medium busy and she still took the time to explain my points. Thanks again Marion, I can see why you are manager?
