One staff member was extremely rude. Had a very unpleasant experience. Food was good tho. But unbelievable that you would let a staff like that work here which such bad reputation around the area.

Joyful K9 Services

This is mainly for the particular staff members working when I visited today- I go 1 to 2x a day to other locations, never this one. I constantly need my particular beverage remade, or I am disappointed almost every time... not only was the service so fast (once the line moved) but likely the BEST decaf coffee with almond milk that I have had from the hundreds I have had...I complimented the gentleman who made it, seriously it was PERFECT. How he did it is how it was supposed to taste, and how quick and efficiently he moved was how a busy establishment should be from all staff, but common that is not the usual service at the other locations I visit. Just wanted to give credit where it is due, please keep up that good work, it was the first time I finished the whole beverage without adding something to it or getting it remade...thank you!

Side note: the wheelchair bathroom was quite a mess with things falling apart and the door didnt have a lock anywhere? It could use a deep clean. Unrelated to my words above!

The outside sitting of the store is nice, but the food was not very fresh . The crispy chicken habanero was rubbery but they made a new one when I told them about the issue.

This Tims use to have tables outside nice place to sit. Now there are 2 tables looks dirty,no garbage can anymore so garbage is on the ground.Inside staff had washed the floors still wet slippery and dirty. Someone could slip. Also service slow.This is one Tims to avoid. The management needs to step up here.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate the hardworking staff at Tim Hortons. It’s not easy keeping things running smoothly, especially during busy hours, but this team does it with such dedication and positivity. The place is always clean, the coffee is fresh, and the smiles are genuine. You can really feel the welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location yesterday due to a staff member named Sarah. She was extremely disrespectful—not just to me, but also toward other customers and even her own coworkers. What upset me the most was the way she treated a homeless individual in the store with absolutely no compassion. It came across as deeply discriminatory and unacceptable.
My personal experience escalated when Sarah shouted at me in front of other customers for no valid reason. Her behavior was aggressive and completely unprofessional. If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider having someone like that represent the business. It was a horrible experience, and I will not be returning to this location unless something is done.
No one deserves to be treated this way—customer, employee, or anyone else.
