Extremely slow service in storefront, with all staff focusing their efforts on the drive thru. The service I eventually recieved was very poor. Ordered a coffee, donut and croissant. I had enough reward points to get the coffee for free. When I tried to pay for the rest of the order via gift card, I was told I was not allowed and it had to be cash/debit/credit. My guess is that the clerk was unwilling or unable to switch the payment method after already hitting the debit button and because they are more concerned with the drive thru, they did not want to actually help.
This has never happened to me at any other store. Will not be returning to this location in the future.

Ordered one steeped tea, one latte (with one Splenda), and three croissants heated with butter. The place was busy and the staff completely forgot to give us the latte. Missing an entire drink is unacceptable. Being busy is not an excuse for poor order accuracy. We had already left before realizing the mistake. I understand it gets hectic sometimes, but missing an entire drink is disappointing, especially when paying full price. More attention to order accuracy would really help. Very Very disappointing experience.

I would have just ignored the fact and not buy from here that there are major bees inside their their walking serve in area hovering above all donuts and timbits etc but what made me compel to write this was the customer service part of it -
Mary-an you got working there is very frustrated and looked very angry- took my order angrily responded with do you want to buy or NO?
Either she is over worked or just does not understand customer service at all -
Senior management if you reading this you are informed about this because it seems to me this is a repeated pattern.
I don’t need a coffee from here with angry and rude attitude/

This is hands down best Tim's in Burlington. I will purposely drive the long way to hit this location up. Staff is always so friendly and service is top shelf. They go above and beyond to engage and to ensure you're happy. While no one is perfect, this team always strives to ensure they do everything to make your order right! Keep up the great work.

Death Dealer

The egg and cheese I ordered smelled and tastes funky. After 2-3 bites I realized I am eating all bluish green egg which was probably expired and gone bad. Still served me. Also they gave it to me as soon as I ordered like literally in 1-2 seconds. I don’t know if I got someone else’s sandwich. Also they charged me separately for hashbrown when asked for farmers sandwich. What the hell.

I come most mornings. The staff is friendly and if the blond girl is working she has my order ready even when she sees me in the line up waiting. With a smiley face on my cup. The girls that make the food are so quick. Go to this location. You won’t be disappointed.

I asked order taker to ask sandwich person to change the gloves while making my food order. And she then denied i didn't ask for and then i had to wait for almost 15 minutes for 2 farmers wrap totally unacceptable. I am never coming back here. Even the manager was very rude.

This little location inside if a Pioneer station has HANDS DOWN THE BEST TASTING COFFEE going! I cannot find another cup of coffee at any Tims in Burlington that tastes like this and I can enjoy every drop to the bottom. So delicious! I look forward to it every day! Thank you to the wonderful staff I see everyday at this Tim's. Shame on all you other franchises!! Stop slacking! Take a lesson from these hardworking people who are really dedicated making customers happy.
