Worst possibly Tim Hortons in Ontario. Never gets my order right. I had an active offer and ordered according to that and no price match was given and they were like "it is what it is". Never going back here again.

This was the most efficient Tim Hortons experience of my life. (11:30 am December 22nd) The young woman with brown hair that spoke to us at the drive through heard us so clearly, was so friendly had our food ready so fast and even marked my wrap as vegetarian so we wouldn’t get confused. Give her a promotion!

terrible staff, cannot follow basic steps.
everyday i come to this location and i asked for a everything bagel double toasted - they enter in the system that i want the bagel double toasted. when i get the bagel its never double toasted. why enter in double toasted if they arent going to do it?
staff are rude as well.

The service was slow and the girls making the food were so busy talking they forgot the bacon on my bacon farmers wrap nobody is saying you can't enjoy yourself at work but get the job done as well

I don’t usually write a review unless the place is horrifically bad or absolutely amazing. This place was horrible. I ordered an egg sandwich - the bun wasn’t toasted, it took 5+ mins and tasted awful for over $6. Not impressed with the service of this place and if I was the owner I’d be embarrassed

If I could give the service here a zero i would! The blond lady named Meg is rude and doesn’t prioritize her customers she prioritizes having social time in the back with her 2 coworkers instead of taking orders! After 5 minutes of waiting she finally took our order and after taking our order “forgot” what we ordered. I stood there for 5 minutes
waiting and saying excuse me trying to get her attention while she went directly into the back again to socialize with her other co workers, when she was confronted about the whole thing she said she was taking orders in the back and working the store alone when there was 2 other employees working, we asked for a refund for the iced capp because we waited so long while watching them do nothing in the back, she got loud and said “NO”, as for the conversation they were having she definitely knows she’s a rude associate and doesn’t have hospitality towards customers because she was telling her coworkers that she hopes the customers don’t call and complain about her because of her bad behaviour! I will be making a report to head office because my experience here was horrible!!!

We placed our order for a simple breakfast sandwich muffin iced Capp and peach drink and the server with the name tag Meg forgot about the iced cap and stood around in the back socializing and became rude and unhappy when we tried to remind her about the rest of our order I thought this to be extremely un professional

I just witnessed a worker drop the oven tray on the very dirty floor, pick it up, stick it back in the oven, then take food out and started prepping the food for someone behind me in the drive thru. Disgusting. I warned the people behind me, then I took a video of the confrontation but there is no way to add video here but I’m adding a screenshot of this nasty worker, who can barely speak English so trying to communicate how nasty she is didn’t get through, but I’m sure my hand gestures did. This place is called ‘on the run’ I suggest you ‘run’ away.
