The customer service that my mother received today was outstanding and beyond what most people do these days sadly. After my 88 year old Mom sat down for her daily coffee and Tim Bit (almost 20 years now) she got two coffees to go for myself and a friend. Since they had run out of trays, Teresa (Manager on duty) stepped up and carried the coffees to my Moms car for her since it was raining and icy. What a nice gesture and great way of taking ownership that they had ran out of trays. I have not seen this level of customer service in a LONG time. WAY to go Teresa!!! I say give the lady a raise!!!

I ordered a bagel, lightly toasted, double butter. When the girl handed it to me she said “lightly toasted with double butter”. I look at the bagel to make sure its right, its dry, black and charred. On a different occasion I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, they give me one with cheese, so I tell them I asked for no cheese. She hands it back to me, and the cheese was literally just peeled off. There are a lot of people in this world who can’t eat cheese, peeling the cheese off is not acceptable. It costs the company next to nothing to just make a new sandwich and please their customers. This Tims is horrible.

I went through the drive-through around 11:40 a.m. and waited two minutes before being greeted. The employee sounded annoyed when taking my order for a bacon breakfast sandwich (extra bacon), a medium protein latte, and a small vanilla oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso. After paying, I was asked to pull up and wait for my drinks. Despite watching several cars pass through after me, my order wasn’t ready until 11:58 a.m. When I received it, both drinks were small instead of one being medium. I went inside to correct it, and while the employee apologized and started to remake the drink, but as the espresso is pouring she started taking another order. So it sat there until she was done taking the order, then she pours the milk in and handed it to me at 12 p.m. Overall, the experience involved long wait times, order mistakes, and poor customer service and training, leaving me frustrated.

I’ve never left a review for a Tims before, but I felt compelled to today. This was perhaps the best one I’ve ever been to. The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant same with the ladies at the window. My English muffin was hot and crispy.

Go through the drive through quite regularly here. Employees always have great attitudes and are friendly, especially in the mornings. It’s a great way to start the day. ☺️
