I went through the drive-through around 11:40 a.m. and waited two minutes before being greeted. The employee sounded annoyed when taking my order for a bacon breakfast sandwich (extra bacon), a medium protein latte, and a small vanilla oat milk latte with an extra shot of espresso. After paying, I was asked to pull up and wait for my drinks. Despite watching several cars pass through after me, my order wasn’t ready until 11:58 a.m. When I received it, both drinks were small instead of one being medium. I went inside to correct it, and while the employee apologized and started to remake the drink, but as the espresso is pouring she started taking another order. So it sat there until she was done taking the order, then she pours the milk in and handed it to me at 12 p.m. Overall, the experience involved long wait times, order mistakes, and poor customer service and training, leaving me frustrated.

I’ve never left a review for a Tims before, but I felt compelled to today. This was perhaps the best one I’ve ever been to. The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant same with the ladies at the window. My English muffin was hot and crispy.

Wierd little place. Quite dirty and the staff wasn't very friendly. The washroom was also quite dirty and hasn't been cleaned well in a long time by the looks/smell of it. Would not recommend unless it's an emergency. 🦺

Sweet lady on the night crew Saturday September 13th 2025: gave us extra timbits because she is very kind and told us to take it home for our families. THIS is like the Tim Hortons we all grew up with: run by local Canadians, born and raised. Just the warmth from her kindness made the food even better. The staff is very quiet They don’t welcome the customers well Also whenever i asked them for the survey receipt they don’t reply. Maybe they are collecting it for themselves instead of giving customers there surveys. Not only me but all the customers have same problems. Recruiters and managers should watch the staff so that customers can be served better. Hope they will change there behaviour after reading this otherwise i have to reach to there senior levels.
