The food and drink are fine, if they listen to you. The woman kept making assumptions on the order, even though we corrected here. Then didn't understand when her pos machine wasn't working. I say didn't understand but should say argued. Told us that yea it was working, even though it obviously wasn't. Another gentleman came over helped to rectify the problem, so at least someone is acting responsibly. I don't usually go here and now you know why.

I liked this store. There's employee her name is Lina. She is very cut and kind. The smile always in her face. I like to come to this tim just to see her. She's very fast doing my coffee. And my coffee became so fantastic when she make it. 😍

Was greeted with very rude customer service from the cashier Lina. Ask for the 3$ classic breakfast sandwich and said "well which one there's so many different sandwiches" in disrespectful tone all while making rude hand gestures. And when I asked for a small iced coffee she said "what do want on it" and I said just the normal one and she rolled her eyes at me. Me and my wife both looked at each other in disbelief that we were being disrespected all because we were ordering food which is part of her job. We have never been treated like this by any other Tim Hortons location or worker.

My experience is worst at this tim hortons. They don't know how to respect people. This saturday ,I went there for my job application and supervisior said that she will throw my resume in garbage. She insulted me in front of everyone. While they put adds and boards that they are hiring. I think she is not happy and statisfied from her job. She doesn't even deserve to be supervisior because she don't have basic manners. I don't know how tim hire these kind of people.

This branch is my favourite Tim Horton branch since Lina joined the team. She is so caring and nice that I really love to start my day with the coffee she makes for me. She knows how to provide a quality food to the customer with great communication. Mel and other ladies in her team are all amazing too, specially if you go there during the week.

Absolute slowest drive through I've ever been through. Orders are wrong about 15% of the time. Make sure to double check your order before leaving the window.

in the past two weeks, this tim hortons location has managed to mess up not one but two of my orders, and i don't mean just the contents of the orders, but 1) failing to make it at all, and 2) forgetting to include items that i paid /extra/ for.

the first incident was the one that really ticked me off. i'd placed an order for a flatbread pizza through the app and was informed only when i went up to check if it was ready that they "[weren't] making them anymore". no refund, no kind of substitution, just the $7~ they, for all intents and purposes, stole from me.

the customer service rep i conversed with was lovely and gave me 1600 points in compensation, which would be wonderful and all except a flatbread is 1800 points! so i was scammed yet again.

the second time was actually earlier today, when this review was written. i had gone to grab a bagel with those very same points i'd received and had to pay extra for herb and garlic cream cheese, no issue with that. except! when i walked back across the mall to my store's break room and opened the bagel to find no cream cheese! just bread and butter.

i didn't have time to go back, and i was hungry, so i ate the bagel anyway. but these were far from isolated occurrences, and i am far from impressed.

suffice it to say i won't be purchasing from this location again anytime soon.

Going to this Tims is like going to a sketchy drug dealer, you're never 100% sure if you're gonna get exactly what you asked for, and at the end it'll leave you questioning the decisions that lead you to that point. Except, unlike sketchy drug dealers, these guys rarely cut anything, especially bagels.
