it was really great kids friendly we let our kids order and take charge for snacking they were able to easily order and get their order and the staff was very helpful for enhancing their experience. we had earl grey tea, potato wedges, chocolate donut, assorted timbits, chicken sandwich, chicken wrap.Kid-friendliness: our kids could order and enjoy their snack

The girl there refused to serve me 10 minutes before the closing time while I was need just a croissant because she needed to close. She spoke with bad manner with me and I will not come here again.

The white older lady with an accent and black hair has the most horrible attitude I’ve ever seen. We get it you hate your job but please don’t ruin our day because you’re miserable and hate your life.

The lady ( she was very skinny just to give people an idea who was she ) was very unprofessional, my order was very long as I ordered for 6 people so I had to take little time to choose the menu but she was behaving very rude and gave me ugly look .I asked her for 3 small Iced Capp and 2 small coffee but she gave me all medium.I was so upset that I paid extra for nothing and I didn’t check my receipt before got the order . I never thought she will charge me for medium when I asked for small.

ABSOLUTELY the Best Tim Hortons I have been to! Coffee, bagels and donuts are consistently made the same and everything is always fresh. The most important part of my experience is customer service, everyone is nice, friendly and professional there. Regular and returning customer.

My fave part is they give you the sticker for for your mobile order but not the item you ordered. And then when you ask for your drink they say they will be with in a moment. But then the employee doesn’t tell any of the two other staff standing behind her to make your drink. And you spent your break waiting for them to make a drink that takes 1 minute. And you watch the employee you dealt with take 5 more customers and completely ignore you to the point where you have to ask another employee for help.

Asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and they made me some iced coffee with pumpkin spice. I questioned her that I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and she said you didn’t see if you wanted it hot or cold…So why did you make a cold one, why not ask me? I asked everyone else when I got back whether I was being unreasonable and they said no, latte would default to a hot drink.I also asked for 6 donuts, 2 of the dream ones and then then 6 of the normal ones but she charges for me all 6 dream donuts so ended up getting those since I paid for it.Better service needed.

The TH advertises to open at 9am… but the mall doesn’t open till 10am. There’s no access to the food court. How do you get to the Tim’s? Is it only open for mall staff the first hour? This needs to be clarified.

Worst service I’ve experienced. An employee refused to make a bagel with cream cheese claiming that "they don’t do any type of food at that time" (1h before close). Don’t be lazy and do your job, you’re getting paid for that.
