Looks like this location is increasing their margins by providing bare minimum in terms of cream cheese or other add-ons.

It’s a great little spot to grab a coffee or snack without even leaving the hospital. For a smaller Tim’s, it does the job , hot coffee and decent goodies considering the limited space. Sometimes you might not get the full selection like you would at a larger location, but it’s still Tim Hortons and it’s super convenient. The staff are friendly enough, and the place looks clean enough as well . convenient to have right inside the hospital.

They should close this restaurant if they can’t prepare food. Asked me to change my options and then they canceled it again after getting payment. It happened three times in three consecutive days.
Excellent for a quick cup of coffee.

One of, if not the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been in.
Half of the staff don't have a clue what they're doing and the other half don't seem to care. I watched one woman literally watch another staff member, who was obviously new, continually fail at every aspect of order taking and follow up. Instead of helping, she just let him keep failing, then had to run around herself to try and do her best to fix it. Whether she was able tonir not is debatable.
The food seems to be decent, although donuts and timbits are pretty basic for them. If you had screwed them up, that would be sad. Now you just have to actually have them available. What an idea! I've had a couple sandwiches here and they've been enjoyable, but I'll be thinking twice about returning l, even for a coffee, even though my family member might be another week or so in hospital. I'll bring them a coffee from outside. Maybe MacDonald's?
I do NOT recommend. Maybe try the hospital's bouge cafeteria instead?
Me and my wife, we order some bagels at coffee the staff was so rude unbelievable I asked her to change the gloves because I’m allergic against the meat. She was so rude. 9:30 Am
I ordered the egg and cheese wrap, the taste was horrible. The tortillas were not baked properly and the sauce was too much.
I also ordered cappuccino. Worst cappuccino ever.

Ordered a blt waited for 10 min to get it after I seen people behind me getting food i asked if maybe they forgot my blt. The short old worker then said what I was doing when she called for the food to be grabbed meanwhile she never called for a blt with wedges. THEN she proceeded to make my blt with THREE pieces of bacon and fill my chipotle dip with a sample of the dip. I don’t know what I did to make her that upset when she was the one who forgot to make my sandwich lol. I’d stay away from this tims unless you want your food thrown together literally.
Not cooked properly, very small proportion for wraps

Ordered a classic sesame bagel belt. The lady ordered me only bagel and bacon without egg and vegetables. Miscommunication. Realized after paid it and talked to her. Her attitude looks like I own her $10k. Then they gave me a plain bagel belt. Finally they fixed my order and gave me a burned/over toasted bagel like this. I rather pay double for my good morning than pay less to get a awful experience.

Why do I have to repeat my order at least twice sometimes three times. There is little communication amongst the staff I waited the other day 2 minutes for my croissant heating up in the microwave. When you scan your code on your app the red light goes into your eyes you need to move this so it scans down not directly towards the customer.
