I’ve always enjoyed Tim Hortons French Vanilla for its rich, creamy flavor, but lately the quality seems to have dropped. It now tastes more like hot water mixed with sweetener and a light aroma, rather than the smooth, indulgent drink it used to be. The sweetness is overpowering, while the creaminess and depth of vanilla flavour are missing. A true French Vanilla should be silky, balanced, and comforting not overly sugary or watery. I believe Tim Hortons could improve this drink by bringing back its creamy texture, using a more authentic vanilla taste, and reducing the excessive sweetness. Many loyal customers remember when it felt like a warm, indulgent treat, and we’d love to see that quality return.

Amir served us and he was so polite, friendly and PROTECTIVE! I had to wait for my daughter to finish work and he noticed a man lingering and staring at me and my youngest child. He was so nonchalant and also diligent to mention for my safety that I should avoid the man in question. Its not often men are noticing predators around women and that kind of care is ABOVE AND BEYOND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. GRATEFUL TO AMIR! HE DESERVES to be acknowledged for his chivalry.

But what really sets this location apart is the incredible manager, Natasha. Her energy, professionalism, and kindness shine through in everything she does. You can tell she genuinely cares — about the customers, the quality of the food and drinks, and her team. Natasha runs the place like a well-oiled machine while still managing to be warm and personable with everyone who walks in the door. It’s not often you see leadership that’s both effective and genuinely heartfelt.
Special shout-out to her for always remembering regulars, keeping things moving during busy hours, and setting a tone of positivity that you can feel the moment you walk in. Burlington’s lucky to have her!

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for years. This is the official last time I will ever go to this Tim Hortons. I was just there a few minutes ago. One of the cashiers took my order. I asked for an apple juice and charged me for peach juice. When he said I said peach juice I said no. I said apple juice and I got refunded for the peach juice and then he proceeded to charge me for the apple juice. I was very very pissed. I basically paid for somebody else's mistake.

I just went on this tim and the guy working over there is so nice he is quite but he has good customer service skills. Really want to appreciate him for his work. We order french vanilla with some modifications and he made my drink so well with so much calmness. Thank-you so much.
