The girl making people's food. Was screwing up 1st she made it wrong and woh meat to a vegetarian. Thenadw it again . She asked for it toasted and the server said I already made it with lout toasting. ( Like make it the way the customer wants not to way ).
They made other people's orders before mine and I ordered first..
All around crappy organization. I just got my money back.and walked out.

This store was Very Dirty, all tables not wiped down, over flowing garbages, and floors unswept, under cooked hash brown and burnt bun with my soup. Chicken noodle soup had very little broth and only one peice of chicken in it, and mostly noodles, Neha was very unprofessional and continued to argue with my mom and I , we were both treated poorly when We complained about the service and food, by her and one of the older ladies working there. Retraining in customer service, food and drink prep a must at this location. Thank you.

I mobile order from this location almost every day on my way to work. The amount of times I have been late to work because I am waiting 10-15 minutes for my mobile order is infuriating.
If I could go to a different location, I would. This is the closest one to my workplace.

I could start ordering 20 minutes ahead of time, but of course my drink will be cold by the time I arrive.

The staff are friendly enough, and the order is usually always accurate - I just wish they would work on the mobile orders a bit sooner.

I ordered at 5 different times but every single time they gave me something else. If ordered Latte; they gave me hot chocolate....etc etc
Seems like the staff is sleeping all the time as they not paying attention to what is being ordered. What rubbish!! Their front screens are not even working; so the customers can't even see to confirm their order.
