They didn't make the orange tangerine frozen quencher right. It was basically ice with no flavour.

Nothing against the workers here, they get a paycheck. Won't say much about hiring practices, as a business owner one way to run your business is to look to save money where you can.

Spent 10 quality minutes getting a coffee. First 5 were just standing second in line while one of the workers ignored the first person in line, choosing to spend his time berating his coworker, partially in English.

Second part of the 5 minutes was his female colleague kindly taking the orders, it's clear she's new and still in training. Her coworker spoke in, possibly telugu, to another employee who seemed to wake up from a slumber, and the two of them had a nice time joking around. No issues there, reminded me of my past travels in India, or yesterday's Walmart trip. Service wise though, not a great focus on client experience or efficiently trying to clear orders.

The coffee, 10 min later, seemed standard timmies.

Service was really slow .. i got served at a sit down restaurant in the plaza faster than I did here.

I ordered a hot chocolate and it was way too sweet ... Not the same as it was once upon ago.

Hard pass in the future.

This location in particular has gone downhill when it comes to service. Ordered my lunch through the app to be made right now when I ordered, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for it to be fulfilled. Meanwhile several other customers coming in were being getting their orders without issues. I used to really like coming here, but now I can't even bother with this place.

Both white chocolate and mocha that we ordered tasted like water. And they gave us hot chocolate instead of white chocolate

I ordered a mocha latte and the employee said there is no mocha latte?? This is a staple item that does not change with seasons. The other employee stood there saying stupid things like a deer in headlights. This Tim hortons is consistently terrible service with incompetent employees. They don’t know how to make anything or put in the correct order. Poorly trained! It’s very inconvenient and annoying to have to tell ppl how to do their job.
