I ordered a latte without cane sugar. They gave me one with cane sugar because the interface reverted the sugar when we changed the size. They insist that we're the ones at fault over a $5 cup of coffee and get real aggressive about not correcting it. These people have a terrible sense of how to treat customers.

One of the worst tims out there. They'll make you want to never visit ANY tim hortons again. Today they decided to substitute rotton lettuce for fried onions and serve cold soup. The incompetence and carelessness here is mind blowing

Shame on Tim Hortons. Food quality is Worst. This shop is treating food like trash. I saw a fly sitting on some food, and it was roaming around inside the food shelf while nobody seemed to care. Imagine if that fly had just sat on poop and then landed on this food — does Tim Hortons think humans are supposed to be eating poop? See my photos for proof.

Went in to go and get dinner at 5pm only to be told they don’t sell sandwiches at this time, they don’t sell wraps at this time, they don’t sell bowls at this time. This is not posted anywhere at all in the store. Was very disappointed in Kate’s service and I will never be returning to Tim Hortons ever again.
