I recently had a terrible experience at Tim Hortons (1447 lakeshore Rd, burlington) and the customer service was shockingly bad. I went there yesterday and got a tea that tasted awful. I had to threw it away, i couldn’t go back right away because i went to work. So, I decided to return the next day to inform them and hopefully get a new tea made properly and hoping they wont charge me because they messed up making the tea yesterday. However, when I brought up the issue, very politely to the employee named Anish, he was incredibly rude. Instead of offering a simple solution, he said that their policy only allows them to replace the tea on the same day, not the next day. His tone was dismissive, and when I mentioned that this wasn’t good customer service, he arrogantly replied, "Oh, I do it every day, I know it." Usually i have been to so many restaurants and coffee shops, If the customer doesn’t like anything or find it bad or not made correctly, they usually replace it and want to see the customer happy but at this time hortons they don’t care about the customer service.
I asked to speak to a manager, firstly he said there isn’t any manager, i said there is one i know i saw her, because i knew who is the manager since, i come to this Tim Hortons every day and when the assistant manager, Raman, came over, the experience only got worse. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, she rudely said, "Oh, you always have problems with your tea." This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I told her i am never gonna come back. they don’t even care and i left.
I’ve never encountered such disrespectful customer service at any Tim Hortons before. This incident has definitely made me reconsider coming back to this location.
This was the only time hortons i liked to come at, i actually liked their tea, they used to treat me well in the beginning, but i don’t know why they changed their behaviour. I also know they have so many people coming everyday so the staff doesn’t care about loosing one customer, they cared about one tea and lost a customer. people at this time hortons are really rude and arrogant.

This is such a wonderful team. It is great to see everyone working together and meeting the customers needs. It is a small location and tight quarters but all staff greet people with warm welcome and friendly smiles. By far my favourite Tim Hortons in the city.

I always enjoy visiting the Tim Hortons at 1447 Lakeshore Road! The staff are friendly, and the service is always fantastic.
V.V, the manager, is wonderful and truly loves kids. She makes families feel so welcome, and her coffee-making skills are the best!
Raman, the junior manager, is great at doing everything—making coffee, preparing meals—and she also loves kids. Her kindness and care really make a difference.
Sarah is just as amazing. She loves kids too and, together with Taniya, makes delicious meals, brunch, and lunch that are always fresh and tasty!
The other Raman is super fast at making coffee, and every cup tastes perfect. She’s always cheerful and quick with her service.
Natali always has a smile on her face and makes unique, tasty coffees and wraps that you’ll love!
New team members—Himanshi, Daman, Ash, and Animesh—are all friendly and fast, fitting in perfectly with the team.
This Tim Hortons isn’t just great for food and coffee, but it’s also the perfect place for families. The staff love kids, and they make everyone feel at home. Highly recommended!

If you go there with any regulatory, the staff will remember your usual and sometimes have it ready before you order.
