I had 4 coffees for my order and I ask for a cup of tap water which they said it will be 10 cent extra. I have never been charged for this ever before in any other location. I don't know if this is a new policy or just that location specific but not going here again. Also the coffee mocha I ordered was weird in taste. Had to add 3 sugar to make it at least drinkable

staff is very rude always on there phone between the kitchen door don't even notice if the customer is here you have to call them 2 to 3 times to get there attention due to earbuds in use don't like to make anything after 10:20 because it's closing time
