Please feel free to tell your employees to NOT burp into the microphone when you're going through the drive-thru..... Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! I took a video going through the drive-thru today, where not one single employee said hello, gave me my total, or said thank you or have a great day or anything like that they literally said NOTHING. I had to ask for my total!!! No one's asking you to build a rocket. All you have to do is work a cash register..... Unbelievable.

I visited this newly opened Tim Hortons and was really impressed! The place looks clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and did an amazing job even though they just opened. My coffee and food were fresh and made perfectly. It’s great to have a new spot like this nearby — I’ll definitely be coming here often. Wishing the whole team the best of success!

This was my favourite Tim Horton for last 10 years I am going to ‘this time Horton last 10 years 2 times a day to get tea and bagel for my self and for my co workers today I went to this Tim Horton on 18th September at 10;50 am I ordered my tea and girl who served me tea she checked the pot first and tea was cold and she still put it in my cup and gave it to me when I checked that tea was cold I always take tea with only one cream so that can’t be cold when I said it’s cold not hot she gave me second cup from same pot front of me then I told her when you know it’s cold and you check with your hand why you are still giving me from same pot she said no it’s hot then I said can you make fresh she said it’s going to take 5 minutes and I said no problem I am ready to wait then she was still saying me no it’s hot and when she was talking with me her tone was very rude and she was laughing on me then one guy was working there he gave me fresh tea then that tea was hot rather than to say sorry she was doing argument for tea when she didn’t listen to me and she was not understanding what I am saying because her English was not good I told her can I talk with your manger she said I am a manger I said oh this your customer service as a manager she said yes I said what is your name she said I am not going to give you my name I know she was lying she is not a manager there because I know that store manager I am going there last 10 years if she gave me her name today I was going to call to head office and politely complain about her but she didn’t gave me her name that’s why I am giving this review before construction all team was working there was very good team but sadly never ever going to back to this Tim Horton again ( this girl was Indian girl that’s why I mention time and date there because she didn’t tell me her name)
