From out of town, needed some food and drinks. Got a bagel, frozen drink coffee and timbits. The people were pleasant, store was clean and coffee fresh and hot.

After countless wrong orders, I’ve finally given up. I kept hoping things would improve, but they never did. I even switched from steeped tea to chai tea, thinking it might help—but I still regularly receive the wrong amount of sugar, and sometimes even get coffee instead!
Please take the time to actually listen to what customers are ordering, and make sure the order is correct.
I won’t be returning. I’m officially done with Tim’s.

Horrible drinks. Don’t know how they can mess up simple drinks even when they have specified instructions to make them. Ordered Chocolate Hazelnut Cold Brew with Nutella, but was basically water with a hint of coffee. Had to throw it away, disgusting.
