Horrible drinks. Don’t know how they can mess up simple drinks even when they have specified instructions to make them. Ordered Chocolate Hazelnut Cold Brew with Nutella, but was basically water with a hint of coffee. Had to throw it away, disgusting.

This tim hortons is the worst one yet. Poor hygiene. I have seen employees handing doughnuts to me and other customers without gloves. The place is filthy with coffee all over the floors and tables. Flies everywhere. And the quality of service is pathetic. The trash is always full and overflowing with a disgusting smell. DO NOT GO HERE.

The workers were very nice! I did have to wait to get served, but they acknowledged me and said that they would be right with me instead of ignoring me. Some gas stations look very run down but this one was well-kept and clean and no bugs (which has been a problem at other gas stations!)

One of the work dropped the knife on the floor and she puts right back up on the counter, after I told her I that it was right she told that she will clean after putting on the counter, she got everything cross contamination

I come through this drive-thru, every Monday and every Friday.Whoever works the microphone, never tells you your total, never says thank you, and all they do is yell "Come on!!!" Into their microphone.I wouldn't say the staff is rude, I would say that they are unprofessional and unpleasant.I'm not asking them to build a rocket. I just want basic courtesy.

Incompetent staff. Asked for a lightly toasted bagel. It was entered correctly on the screen. I was handed a burnt bagel (literally black burnt edges). When I asked them for it to be remade as lightly toasted, the tried to tell me that it was... Eventually she went to have it remade. When I was handed the new one it was exactly the same. They tried to tell me that is what lightly toasted is and that it can't be done differently. That their toaster only goes that low. I explained that is not what lightly toasted means and clearly their toasted is broken.Absolutely horrible customer service. Will not be returning to this location. Might as well go across the street to the other location who actually know what they're doing.
