I will never understand the thinking behind not providing customers who order food any napkins, especially if ordering through the drive-thru. The hashbrowns always taste rubbery, like they’ve been frozen and reheated.

I understand that the workers are busy, but when I walked in this morning I really expected my drink to be made correctly. My breakfast sandwich was made fine, but I have stomach issues and as such, order alternate milk. I ordered a Vanilla Iced Capp with ALMOND MILK, no whipped cream and my order came as a normal Vanilla Iced Capp with whipped cream on top. I'm fine with the whipped cream, I can remove it with minimal issue, but the regular cream? As soon as I realized it (2 sips in) I stopped drinking, but didn't have time to go back and re-order. $4 wasted. Disappointed and because I placed an order at the counter, can't even ask for a refund.

Just had an absolutely terrible experience at this location and it’s not the first time. Would give 0 stars if I could. Earlier today my son and I went to the drive thru. We wanted to use our Tim’s card rewards and offers. We placed our order at drive thru and specifically said we wanted two separate orders to take advantage of our cards. When we got to the drive thru window they first said they were out of hot chocolate (not sure how) so I could not have a mocha. They made me a coffee instead and I think they still charged me for the mocha!
When I went to scan my card and pay, the scanner beeped but I did not get my free reward. I paid full price. When I questioned the lady she ignored me. When I went to pay and scan for the second order, I used my son’s cell for ‘scan and pay’ and again it was scanned and beeped but then she said how are we paying. It was supposed to be charged to the app, and a discount applied but it did not work and we had to pay full price again. So clearly it’s an issue with the scanner. When we questioned this second issue again she ignored us completely and was extremely rude. Yes there were other cars in line behind us but that’s no excuse for terrible customer service. We did not get our rewards and offers AND we did not earn any points.

I also placed a formal complaint with Tim Hortons directly through the rewards app. They could not do anything as the card was not scanned so they have no record of the transaction. They said they will followup with the store directly.

If you want a Tim Hortons I recommend you pass this one by and try a different location. I will not return. Many other franchises nearby that have better customer service, reward scanners that work and have ordinary items in stock.

Today, I visited the store for a coffee and sandwich, and I was truly impressed as my order was prepared correctly.
In the past, my experience with this location was not very positive, as I frequently received the wrong items. This often left me disappointed and even made me consider not returning.
However, in the last few days, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in the service. A new team member has joined—her name is Camal (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly)—and she has completely changed my experience with this store.
She always serves with a warm and genuine smile that can brighten anyone’s day. She takes my order carefully, prepares everything fresh, and ensures it is always correct.
Her soft-spoken and professional approach makes the service experience not only accurate but also very pleasant.
I am truly impressed with the level of care and dedication she shows to customers.
Thanks to her, my overall experience with this store has greatly improved, and I now look forward to my visits.
I highly recommend this location to everyone for both quality service and a positive customer experience. 😊

Looking for Tim Hortons and you want to stop at Dundas and Walker do not go to the one in the plaza. Go to the one in the gas station. They have way better service way more friendly and I went to the one across the street twice and they messed up my order. I need to go across the street to the gas station for them to be polite, friendly, and made my order correctly. Hope you have Jaspreet and Raj to help you thank you for great service!

Walked in this morning, staff member looked at me and the mentioned to the other staff member that there’s someone waiting at the counter. I over heard the response “they can keep waiting” so I walked out. Customer service at its best. If you don’t want to work then quit and let someone else who wants to work do the job.

Worst Timmies we’ve ever been to. Ordered 2x Turkey club sandwiches today. Had half the amount of Turkey that you get at other outlets, slapped in the middle with big gaps of nothing on a quarter of the buns on either side. Bacon slapped on unevenly. There were 2 bottom buns on the one and 2 top buns on the other. One of the buns had been burnt so it was split between the 2 sandwiches to reduce the burnt taste. The burnt part of one bun side had been broken off so the bun was incomplete. To top it all, we sere asked to wait at the dumpsters while this mess was made. The outlet needs to train their staff and quality check slack staff. Won’t be back to this one.
