All in all I would say this is an average Tim Hortons, I would however recommend that you take the drive through, as they almost always have the more experienced and quicker staff working that, which leads to a much better experience.There was one time I went into the store on my break to grab a meal, and it took 40 minutes and me reminding the staff that I had ordered for me to get my food (the store was dead), and when I finally got it the food was wrong.On the other side of the spectrum, I often come here in the morning and the drive thru window operator on weekdays is incredibly nice and always brightens my morning with a short chat and puts a smile on my face.
Parking: oddly shaped lot makes it hard to park if it’s busy and the drive thru is full

This isn't the first time this has happened at your location. I order 2 large french vanillas and they are not filled all the way. U need to have your machine either calibrated or tell your employees to pay attention

The old lady taking order was too rude. We ordered steeped tea and cappuccino with vanilla but we got cappuccino only and its was extremely cold instead of hot ?

Sadly the manager or new owner changed the staff who was working here-side notes they were fast and friendly- NEw staff slow like a ? only 1 person serves and does all the orders usually in the morning when it's the busiest the 2nd person sits front of the computer and 1 person doesn't leave the back at all.Had 2 person fron of me this morning at 8.42am 1 had a coffee and a breakfast sandwich the other one had a iced cap and 2 bagel with butter.and online order came in as well coffee and a muffin . My order been taken at 8.58 was a iced coffee. I work few mins from this place but prob last time I came here.and the service is just bla...the girl face is like it's a torture to work there.grumpy slow staff

Very bad. Ordered through drive in thrice and bad experience all the time only for this location!! The hot chocolate ordered was very bad pathetic! We discarded them every time !!! It looked like they put chocolate in water and gave !! Avoid this place

Can't believe this even happens. I bought a Turkey BLT sandwich.Get to work and open it up no Turkey on the bloody sandwich. Try to call to complain and nobody pick up and of course the mailbox is full. Yeah full of complaints probably.
