I came in exactly at 5:20am the staff saw me struggling with the closed door and then I went to drive thru and asked aren’t you guys open as door is closed and staff (the same one who was just wondering around the floor) said sorry about that. This is totally unacceptable behaviour

Great service and fresh coffee! Becca was super friendly and made sure my order was perfect. Quick, clean, and exactly what you want from a Tims stop. Will definitely be back!

I placed a mobile order for pickup at the Burloak location and the most lovely lady greeted me at the window. Rebecca was pleasant and helpful and an absolute delight, she is a total rockstar!

Disappointing Experience at this location.
I visited this location today at 1:50 PM and was left feeling disappointed. The employee preparing my food was NOT WEARING GLOVES or a hair net which is concerning, given the present public health situation. Additionally, their attitude was unprofessional and unapologetic.
Food service establishments need to maintain high standards of hygiene and customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed promptly.
I would recommend double-checking your order and being mindful of the hygiene practices at this location.

I am a regular costumer here that even one of the manager in the morning always knew it was me and she knew what my order is. Just right now around 6:30am the order taker was rude and she was been saying “anything else” in every order i make. When i got to the window I was very polite to her and I even said good morning to her with a smile. She didn’t even respond nicely. I ordered 4 coffees and and I asked 1 straw and 3 Sleeves after she gave me the coffees and I even smiled and said please to her very politely. All she did was being rude to me and said “can you please go, I have a line up”. All she cares about is the line up and not the customer. Yes, I understand that there’s a line up but you don’t have to kick your customers away just because of that. She needs proper training on how to handle her emotions.

Listening is hard. Great job getting orders wrong on a constant basis.

Ordered a cilantro-lime chicken bowl, suuuper light on portion size. I've ordered it multiple time at many different Tim Hortons locations for a healthier option in a pinch and it was about half or less the amount Tims usually gives. Disappointing.

When I'm on the run, I like to pick up a bagel with cream cheese and peanut butter. This location does not spread the peanut butter, but puts it in the bag instead. The whole point is that it's ready and I can eat it on the way. If I have to fix it myself, why would I buy it instead of making it at home? You don't give me other toppings to fix myself. Either both the cream cheese and peanut butter go in the bag or they both go in the bagel. They expect us to pay and do not actually complete the service as they should. Stop being so lazy and fix the food right please. I shouldn't have to make my own bagel... jeez.

Love the cleanliness. It’s an achievement. Good looking decor. Enough space.

Charging for water is ridiculous after you have bought things to eat. Worst one. At least the staff needs to know how to speak when speaking to a customer. The girl was really rude when asked if you charged for water. Poor one.

I waited 10 minutes before anybody realized I was actually in the store at 8:35 Thursday night, and no one was in the drive-thru
