Just picked a drive thru order. Cashier at the Window, Hardeel, was absolutely pathetic and rude. Gave us the wrong order, and then when we went back and told her she was not apologetic and spoke to us on loud pitch … very condescending!

The service here is perpetually poor. They’re fast, but they don’t double check their orders. I’ve reviewed my orders on the screen.. and received the wrong item multiple times. I even asked the staff to double check and she assured me it was correct. I opened the box in front of her and to both our surprise the breakfast sandwich was wrong. It had sausage not bacon.. which we’d discussed 1 minute prior in the drive thru and I’d mentioned my last order was wrong hence asking. All it would take is a few seconds to double check an order ! Please work on this

This tim hortons is by far the most incredible one I’ve seen yet, coffee and food always fresh, great hostility. Staff is amazing, special shoutout to smith and Marc. Always make my coffee with a smile.

When will Tim's learn that you need more people and a larger food prep station to handle the obviously high demand for food orders. It's pathetic to see 1 or 2 staff trying to make all the lunch orders for the drive thru, in-store, pick up and Uber eats all while the line is lined up out the door and groups of people all standing waiting for food. The quality is also pathetic when they just slapping it together as fast as possible to try and keep up...
