Dirty drive-through, feels like 3rd world country. Microphone and speaker don't work properly, you need to yell to be heard, and barely can hear what they say back.

I place an online order to pick up at drive through. When I went there the guy said they didn't have it and he will refund the order. It's been 3 days and I haven't got any refund. I still have the receipt of the order.
So after I emailed the guest service for this issue. They raised their hands saying it's a franchise location and if the owner or manager at location doesn't refund you. They can't do anything.

It felt like there was hardly any chicken in the bowl, and the other ingredients were barely enough to make it feel like a full meal. I expect better quality and quantity from Tim Hortons, but this fell far short of expectations. Not worth the cost, and I wouldn’t order it again unless they make some changes to the serving size."

I've been a customer for 10 years. Recently the service deteriorated. It became slow and I'm consistently receiving wrong orders. When I complained, the answer was new unexperienced workers!

Came here 15 minutes before closing time, and there was absolutely nothing available to order. The staff are closing down early so they can leave early. You could only drink certain drinks.
We asked for espresso, girl said ‘this location doesn’t have espresso’ even though that was on the menu.
I am SHOCKED at the level of service from Tim Hortons. The owners that allow this, should have their stores taken away.
We left our home to go get food… and because they want to leave early, they are inconveniencing everyone else.

We are doing work at my brother's house who just lives down the street. Bought coffees and went to get a dozen donuts, got to his house and the box only had 8 donuts, went back and the staff basically said I lied and only asked for 8. Who buys 8 donuts when a dozen is the same price. Between my brothers and I we used this location ifter because it is quicker than the Burloak south location. This will be the last time going here.

I feel this place has the best staff. Even though they are busy i have never seen them being rude or frustrated.
I think when ordered toasted they do charcoal burnt. Bagel was burnt beyond taste as seen in pick even cream cheese turned blackish and couldn't go back to replace it. Its getting worse and worse please train your staff quality or quantity not the vise versa. Ordered on July 20th at 8:40+ AM plus chai tea and cheesecake.
